Ive purchased several pieces of office furniture from National Office Liquidators for my husbands company and my home office. They carry the good brands that last a long time and stand up to heavy use - Herman Miller, Knoll, Steelcase, Hon, etc. The files we bought for my husbands company have a little more "designer" look with a fancier handle than the plain lateral files, and I worried we might have a hard time finding more when the time came, but I neednt have worried - they had 3 identical files in the showroom and 100+ more in their inventory that could be shipped to Houston. While I was there, I got a call to pick up another Aeron chair if they had any, and even though they didnt have the size I needed Rick was super helpful in ordering one for me and having it shipped - no additional charge :) We ended up saving nearly $1500 by buying these last 2 lightly used items from National Office Liquidators and I couldnt be more pleased. The staff is super nice as well, a pleasure to do business with. I have a running list of more items to purchase and will definitely be back to get those at a later date.

The Houston store staff went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed at a really great price. They were very attentive and promptly responsive, including on specialty orders. They patiently guided us through our many questions. They were diligent and proactive in ensuring the details were thoroughly covered, including the strict delivery demands of our building manager. They were more concerned that we got the right products than they were about making the sale. We have searched many vendors; National Office Liquidators had the best selection at the best price. (And, they like Neil Diamond - bonus!)

Such a cool place to find used office furniture in great condition! Equally important is the quality of customer service given. Kudos to Kayla who was prompt with communication and helped me narrow my search and find a piece that worked for me. At NOL, they return emails and calls and when you are in the store "on the floor," they give excellent personal service as well, and will check their data base to see if they can find what you are seeking if its not in their store inventory. Rick was also helpful and courteous, refreshed me with a bottle of cold water and loaded my heavy item!

He knew the products and communicated well. I found a desk and credenza set I liked and had it delivered. Marvelous experience! Poor quality delivery service and the guy and lady are so ugly with feedback, is like they are doing me a favor on answering some questions... please open your boxes before taking your goods because they will misbehave once you report damage items.
