The store itself is good. if you dig you can find good stuff sometimes. The only issues I have are with the employees and the buying. The employees are sometimes nice. I have noticed the fitting room attendants are very sweet. The people asking if you want a room started are nice. The people buying you clothes, and at the registers are not. There is a SUPER rude woman, on the heavier side, dark complexioned. She is probably the ruddiest person this store has not only to me but the people in front of me in line numerous times. Huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes. I have tried to kill her with kindness and be sweet and she is still miserable. Other buyers look at your clothing like the Gap will give you a disease. WT EFF is wrong with CHINOS. There is a sweet guy that works there, petite, and wears his hair in a pony tail, sometimes has a little makeup on....SO sweet! he is one of the few warm and friendly people there. Ive seen him training and helping and being absolutely amazing to everyone. Overall, Ill still go there, but some of the attitudes are super discouraging to even want to make the trek.

The Dallas location of this store is moderately better than some other ones but just like ALL BuffEXs the store is the worst for mens clothing. If you are a dude, just skip it. Unless you are wanting to look like Jimmy Buffet circa 1978. Seriously, its kind of astonishing. I like to dress better than most guys, I guess. So I would say I have a better eye for this kind of thing than others and honestly they shouldnt even be allowed to advertise that they have a guys section. My gf likes it ok. But its a dust bomb. Her allergies go crazy every time she steps inside. But she sometimes finds a dress or two. Its equally bad on the top front for girl. Plus, everyone that works there thinks they born better than you because of their ironic glasses. Please. Better to just skip, honestly.

parking is worse than terrible. depends on the day/employee what kind of attitude you will encounter. buying? you gotta dig a bit but have found some values in shoes & pants. Lots of edgy styles & i get it but seriously? $18.00 for a t-shirt someone cut up with scissors? selling = very very subjective selecting (dont count on current brands etc to be purchased) ive actually had one employee reject items and come back couple days later & sell to different employee. looking for jeans? go elsewhere. try craigslist invidviduals. ive had some great experiences that way and excellent pricing. If your over age 30 (nevermind brand or style) have someone younger take your clothes in to sell. more will likely be purchased - we tested it.

If you are looking for a second hand store with a Galleria mall personality this is it. The staff is a bunch of rejects that have now been given the job of knowing the current trends. They are looking for high end items that they will under pay for or extreme items that dont really fit mainstream fashion. Spiked boots, platform heels, and vintage tee shirts. If you look in their display cases you wont see much high end because they low ball and people take those items elsewhere. This store is pretty much for people that want to be fashionable for less and need somebody to tell them what is "fashionable." Sorry. We dont believe you, you need more people.

I had the misfortune of being served by a young lady who didnt have any business tendering a bid to buy the clothes I brought in to sell today. Tall, blonde new-wave hair, nobody home. Totally unqualified to be in a position to buy inventory for your store. She passed on Band of Outsiders, Dirk Birkkenberg, Dior Homme, Thom Browne, Missoni, Alife NYC, OBEY...all in season, and totally current stuff. She didnt know who Thom Browne. What a waste of my morning. Get rid of her. Shell bore customers to death before they buy anything, and shell overpay to keep the racks full of cheap crap from Express, Abercrombie and Forever 21. Idiot.

A lot of things are over priced for used goods, also they may want to consider covering up the 12.99 goodwill price marks on the bottom of their shoes before pricing old used docs at $70. Honestly I have always know Buffalo is an overpriced hipster stop but I gave them two stars because they are friendly here and if you look hard enough you can find a very nice item for a very reasonable price. I would NOT recommend going here for shirts, dresses, pants, ect because its mostly WAY overpriced but if you are looking for a nice jacket or pair of shoes, you might luck out.

I do find excellent items occasionally but the staff almost makes it not worth going inside. Most of the staff tend to have the "Im better than you" attitude... If the Dallas location staff could drop the "you are lucky to talk to me" attitudes and offer proper, helpful and genuinely friendly customer service. Then this Buffalo Exchanges experience may be capable of offering as good of an experience as the Austin and Houston locations offer. If the staff were more kind theyd bring in more clientele which would offer a lot more opportunity for this resale shop!

2 stars because the staff is nice, but I will never understand why a place doesnt want in style, designer jeans/tops/dresses. Some never even worn that are still sold in stores at full price. I usually just donate but a friend told me I should take my stuff here. Very disappointed and a total waste of time. Two huge bags of stuff and I was told they didnt see anything their store needed...okay haha. I guess DL1961, bleulab, Paige, free people, 7 for all mankind, etc arent hipster enough for this Greenville shop.

I absolutely love this place! Where else can you find unique clothing at a fair price? Some of my best pieces come from Buffalo Exchange, including my super cute red booties. Look out Buffalo Exchange! Ill be back soon! P.S. Everyone loves this spot so it can get a little crowded and parking is sometimes an issue. So wear comfortable shoes just in case you have to park in a residential area and walk a block. But trust, its a block I dont mind to walk if I save money and look good doing so!

I shopped here and sold my clothes here growing up! Some things are pricey but some things go half off if you see the 50 percent off stamp. They accept more items and offer you more money than other stores that buy your clothes. Came here today to find some swim trunks real quick and they had a pretty good selection. We found some new with tags originally $59 and we got them for $8.50. You can find some good deals in here. Save some clothes from going into a landfill and shop here!!
