I called to see if they had any guitar cords, cables or effects patch-cords in new or used condition. After some slight confusion about what they were (manager explained to clerk) I was informed that yes, they did. I went to shop and looked around, a lot of musical equipment (plenty of guitar gear) and the only complaint really was that it is slightly overpriced compared to going rates. They did not have any patch-cords or used cords, but I got three cheap 6 foot new ones for $12 bones, bartered down from $18 the manager first quoted me. I plan to go back and see if they will wheel and deal and get near reasonable prices on gear. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We pay more for good merchandise... most of the bad reviews here are from other pawnshops because we are hurting their business... We look at the value of merchandise on E bay and that is what determines the price they give you... They pay more for tools and jewelry... They prob. have the biggest selection of tools and jewelry in Dallas... Everything in the store is 15% off!!!!!! Layaway is only 10% down and its for three months!!!!!!

Worst experience ever at a pawn shop I went into the pawn shop looking for a Xbox 360 controller and they had it priced at 19.99 I decided to buy the controller lights come on but once I got home the controller did not work then when I called he said no refundes or exchanges..so I have to deal with buying a broke controller they are scam artist and dont care about lying about merchandise.

its a really great store with a lot of good merchandise. they are always willing to come down on their prices, so dont be afraid to make an offer. there is a lot of jewelry and coins to choose from, all at great prices. everyone that ive dealt with has been really nice. theyve recently expanded their store and made it a lot bigger. go check them out!

i have been to this store, the store is painted 24 hr head to toe yet when you go there they tell u they close at 9 this is the worst pawnshop ive been too i needed a lousy 20 bucks and whould even take a touch screen tomtom gps from this year i paid 169.99 for it and they couldnt even have down a loan they are idiots down there

I love shopping here... they have alot of jewelry. Stay away from the corporate pawnshops... family owned and ran since 1979... dont listen to bad reviews... they are probably mad cause they wouldnt take their junk.... Not 24 hours anymore... it has their house posted on google... alot of cool stuff and alot of tools!!!!

This is the worst pawn shop ever! Dont do business here they will give you the lowest price, break your items, worst customer service and refuse to work with you. I would strongly recommend anyone to take there business else where! Save you the time and headache! !!

I strongly recommend this place to everyone! Love this place. The Owners are so nice and make me laugh all the time. They have a really great selection of Jewelry and Tools. Always willing to negotiate the price. They have a lot of coins also.

I went in to buy a tool, the guy quotes $5.00 which was expensive in the first place. Then I get to the front to pay for it and the woman at the front tells me no it is $10.00. they lost a good customer.
