This pharmacy has a consistent problem with "not receiving" prescriptions from doctors offices. I can understand not receiving prescriptions from one of my physicians, but to say that all three of my doctors offices are incapable of accurately sending prescriptions over the last two years is ludicrous. Additionally, there is a huge customer service problem. A majority of the pharmacy personnel are unfriendly, not helpful, or a combination of the two. After complaining to management about these issues, I realized that the problems come from the top of this CVS location. If not for my insurance requirements, I would choose to use a pharmacy other than this CVS location.

The CVS is pretty decent. I would say half of the employees are really helpful & greeting guest but the other half is not putting much out. Even though there is another CVS brand new that just opened up closer to me about a few miles from this one, the new one is not 24 Hours, but this one is, especially when you are busy during the days, getting necessities and pharmacy pick ups are convenient. My stars deduction come from CVS employees parking terrible and purposely taking up multiple spaces in the parking lot right at the from entrance; something management of this store needs to address.

these people at this CVS are extremely helpful, and polite! last time I went to get my refill and took all of about 4 minutes! and this time I found out I had no refills when I called, and instead of just faxing the doc and playing the waiting game, they actually took time to track my doc down to get my refill!! wow!! thank you for all you do CVS!!

I have to use syringes for my medication. Every visit I have had to pickup new syringes I am treated like a drug user. The pharmacists are rude every time I ask. Its always one issue after another. Never have had issues of this nature with Walgreens. I am done giving my money to this outfit. There are too many options to be treated this way.

Always slow to fill prescriptions, have been for years. Give them at least three hours and ALWAYS CALL to see if its ready. They lose voicemails, mess up insurance information, and pharmacy employees look like theyre working fast but you never leave in under 30 minutes.

Great pharmacy. Always call me by name. Make sure to go on the weekends though the are much less busy, and 3-7 during weekdays is also very busy there.
