According to posted hours of operation store is open until 6pm. Arrived at the store at 5:45pm. I go inside the store and I am told they are "closed". Refused service and they are supposed to be open. I say but it says youre open until 6pm?? Woman tells me "we close early when its slow." Wow, so I drove all the way down here for nothing. Thanks. If I can catch them when theyre actually open, Ill return the boots I previously purchased here and do my shopping elsewhere.

They went above and beyond good quality customer service !! Helped us diagnose with their machines what kinda support my husband needed in his work boots and guess what its been 2 months and he has no more lower back pain!! Hes a tower climber so his legs and back needed that tlc
