just attempted to purchase a bottle of vodka for a party tonight with a Colorado ID. The clerk very rudely refused to sell it to me because it "didnt look real to her". When I insisted that it was in fact an official Colorado ID and asked her to scan it to verify, she said, and I quote "We dont have a scanner. I can tell what a real ID looks like" and told me she was going to call the cops. Ive never seen less professional behavior in my life. Note that its thanksgiving weekend; many out-of-staters are visiting. Truly a pathetic display of ignorance... Will not make the mistake of coming back.
