Save yourself the trip elsewhere, because this shop is amazing. From the moment I walked in, Keri was attentive but not overbearing, took the time to listen to what I liked, and pulled together several combinations of rings to help me design the ring I wanted. I knew I wanted uncommon attributes, like palladium, two different colors of lab-created gemstones, and lab-created moissanite, and even though these materials make the ring less expensive than, say, a platinum diamond ring, Keri never once made me feel like I was worth less as a customer. In fact, when we were designing the ring on the software, she even pointed out that a .1 carat difference on the side stones could save me almost $600; I didnt end up downsizing, but good looking out! It was hard for me to envision my dream ring because the gemstone combination and setting were not on an already-existing ring, but the shop uses erasable markers to color cubic zirconia stones to get an idea of how the gemstones would look in that setting, which was invaluable to me. And when I couldnt make up my mind and asked if I could think on it during lunch and return to the store, they had no problem with that. When I returned, Keri helped me figure out how two different settings I loved could be combined, how big the accent and side stones should be, etc. I loved the ring on the design software and Im in love with it now that its on my finger. Franzettis has earned my repeat business, and I will definitely return for our wedding bands and for future gemstone jewelry.

I bought what became my favorite pair of earrings at this wonderful store. About nine months after purchase, I noticed the interior of one of the earrings had been lost. I brought the earrings back to the store thinking the only solution was to have the other earrings interior removed, so they matched. To my delight, Franzetti replaced the pair and only charged me shipping to the manufacturer! I am sold on this family-owned business. Their generosity will keep me returning and spreading the word about their amazing customer experience standards.

Bobby Franzetti designed both my engagement ring and wedding band. The Rings are perfect and the experience of working with Bobby was so incredibly easy and reassuring. I wanted Moissanite instead of diamonds for ethical reasons, and Bobby was great about that. The quality of the jewelry and workmanship at Franzetti is top notch. And my husband has started going back to Franzetti for birthdays and other gifts, which Im pretty stoked about. I had such a positive experience at Franzetti, I cant imagine going anywhere else for fine jewelry.

Absolutely fantastic place! They custom made my engagement with my fiance from family stones that were passed down to us. My fiance couldnt say enough amazing things about them. When I finally got to go there with him I feel in love! Everyone is like a big family, well most of them are family, and they hugged us as we left after asking all about the stories behind the different stones and how he proposed. We will definitely be returning for future presents. (They have a wonderful bat collection created by the owners son thats amazing.)

Had a wonderful experience here! Staff were great and turned my broken necklace into a pendant for me to wear on another chain. The woman helping me was so nice she ever took the broken chain and made it into a bracelet for me for no charge so I didnt have to throw it away. My jewelry was by no means fancy or expensive, but it means a lot to me. They people st Franzetti treated it no differently than an expensive piece and I really appreciate that!
