Where do I begin? I came into this location yesterday around 3:00PM and purchased some shampoo and conditioner and then realized that my sisters work place sales it for the same price and I would rather purchase it from her to help her sales. I didnt think it would be a problem to stop it first thing this morning and get a refund. I was NEVER told that I couldnt get a refund, it wasnt on the receipt and of course I didnt see a sign posted up saying that. She then pointed out the sign to me, half was covered up by product and in a high place where I wouldnt have even looked. I didnt even have this product for a day! Hold on it gets better... She then tells me I would have to call corporate but they would tell me the same thing. When I called them and had them on the phone she turned into a little girl saying sassy things in the background... WHO DOES THAT?.... Someone then calls the store and "the manager" (aka sassy girl) answers the phone and starts talking mess about me?! What kind of manager does that to clients? Hopefully corporate will come through and set this situation straight!

dont shop here. all these girls are very rude and go out of their way to make you feel like an idiot. go to RDA, it is a million times better and the people there are willing to help.

Please do not shop at this Armstrong McCall location - they have the rudest customer service EVER! Try going to the one on Anderson Lane, or better yet, try going to RDA first!
