The people who work there are always so nice and helpful. The store on the other hand, is a complete disaster. It looks as if it were hit by a storm. Sometimes you cant even get down the aisles for stuff strone all over the floor. Ive asked about why it was like this and was told that corporate wont allow no more help. These girls are busy all day long up at the counter tending to us because it is such a busy store. But how much busier it will be if no one can no longer get through these scattered aisles. I gave up trying the other day and just drove to extra miles down to Walmart. Because I can at least walk through clean aisle down there and not worry about buying something that has been broken by someone stepping on it on the floor. Just saying...

Im a daily patron of this facility well known to all the employees but still was refused service because of not having my Id. Its not only lack of personal service it was dis-respectful when did corporate protocal take the place of small town local service. Personally I will not shop at the dollar store Corp any more. Freds or dollar tree looks better every day

got a red headed thief working there idk y our dg seem to have different regulations I can go put $10 on a pre paid visa at dollar tree but same card and dg wont let me so I drive all the way to Lafayette to do my business rather than being robbed by dg employees

Dollar general in red boiling springs Tenn. Cashiers dont seem to be able to keep up. It is very slow. We recently purchased iTunes card and the money was not put on card and the manager did not know what to do or how to refund money Not very impressed at all.
