I walked in to buy a lift and of parts for my new 2017 Duramax 2500 HD High Country and left empty-handed and upset the gentleman behind the counter before we ever started discussing total price package asked me what kind of wheels I wanted I told him American force he then looked at me and said those wheels are pretty expensive I said yes he then began to tell me how much they were as if to say sorry youre wearing overalls you may not be able to afford these at least thats the way I took it and the surprised look on his face when I gave him the brand I wanted to purchase I dont feel like he felt that I could afford them and then told him I would go somewhere else and that we mustve gotten off on the wrong foot these people do not appreciate your business if youre looking for a Lyft and total package for your new diesel or four-wheel-drive go to Brians motorsports in Hendersonville Tennessee. I will drive back down there to show him My truck and Title insulting customers just because theyre wearing overalls is not the way to make money or business or friends

I went in to get some minor work done in the hopes of finding a shop I could take my car back to for regular work and I left very disappointed. I took my car in for an inspection before I could even schedule my work to be done. The technician told me he thought all the work could be done without issues. There were 4 items I wanted checked out. I had to pay half a deposit upon scheduling the work and half upon leaving the car for work ($150 total) then when I received a callback I was told that they didnt have anything in the notes about two items, one item was one that couldnt be done at their shop, and the other (the one I cared least about) was going to cost $220 dollars. A job that could have been done for $100. So my options were to pay $150 for nothing and do the work myself or pay the $220 dollars to have them complete the work. I left feeling very scammed. And also disappointed that the place isnt reputable enough to come back to. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Excellent Service, Excellent Team. Ive done business with 4WheelParts for several years now. Ive spent many more thousands of dollars than I care to admit... However, In addition to purchasing parts, Ive had various levels of service and installation performed on my trucks and Jeeps. Im not going to say every experience has been perfect, nor would I expect such from anyone. I will say that each and *every* time an issue came up, be it my fault or otherwise, Eric, Ray and their team made it right. It is this level of pride and attitude that keeps me coming back. Not all news can be good news, however they all have my trust and have on numerous occasions gone *far* above and beyond to get what I need done. When it comes to parts pricing, Ive found them to be very agressive compared to the rest of the market. In summation, you cant make everyone happy... You also cant fix stupid... Anything further would be redundant.

If I could do a zero I would. The mgr Eric, is rude and a lier. I had bought a lift and some tires from him. He told me they would be in on Friday. So to save a couple of bucks, I agreed to install the lift and he would do the tires on Saterday. After him pounding away on the computer for a while, he quoted me a high price. I agreed and called on Friday to see what time on Sat. He wants me to show up. He tells me it will be 10 days till they can see me... to install tires! He tells me it takes 1 to 2 hours to mount them, so I called his bluff and he asked me in a very rude voice.. "How many tires have to mounted" after getting in to a yelling match, I decided to cut my losses and just pick up my tires and go elsewhere to get them mounted. I will never go back nor will all 23 of my jeep driving friends.

I think 4WheelParts store in Nashville is AWESOME!!! but for for the 4wheelparts hater down below, I have been doing business at this store for a long time. I have gotten to know all the guys at this location. I in all my times being in the store have I ever witness Eric or any of the guys treat customers like you say. If you think he quoted you a high price, why did you agree to buy the tires from 4wheelparts. Truth be told you are probably one of those guys who has no patience at all and thinks he knows everything there is to know about 4 wheel drives. So I am calling you out. You are the liar, hater, maybe you and your 23 mall crawling friends just need to stay at the mall and take your jeeps to the dealership for service.

If you have not had a chance to visit this place please do. I did a photo shoot for them the other day for Google Business Photos. You can see the panorama by clicking on the "See Inside". Anyway, I had a unique view into their world while I was there. I could see the interactions the staff had with the customers, what the customers were saying as they were walking around and how hard working the guys in the back are. There was just a good vibe all over. This is an excellent place. I would highly recommend it. In fact I am going back to buy my brother something from there for his farm 4 wheel vehicles.

We planned a spur of the moment trip to Moab, Utah in May. At that time we had a stock JK Unlimited. I went into 4-wheel Parts in Nashville and explained to the guys that I needed 35inch tires, Wheels, a lift, front bumper, and a Waren winch and I needed it in 5 days. They found me what I needed, had it ordered, installed, and ready to go, even staying late (after hours) for me to pick it up. The sales associates & shop technicians were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had a great trip and we thank the guys at 4-Wheel Parts for making it possible.

I just ordered tires thinking I had the right size but after the order was done. My screen was showing that I ordered the wrong size tires. When I called ray told me he would call back in 45 minutes and handle it. Me being me I thought "Yea right, this is going to be a nightmare". 45 minutes goes by and my phone rings. Ray was on the other end. Within 5 minutes it was settled. Being professional, courteous, and having customer service is something that people do not take pride in very much anymore. Thank you for being Customer Professionals.

I have been to their shop a good bit recently. I am rebuilding an 87 Jeep Wrangler. They have always been very informative and have always been able to find the parts I need without issue. Prices have been on par with the online places I have looked, but then you dont get the helpful staff like you do at 4 Wheel Parts. I install all of my own parts but got quotes for some of the parts just in case and they were fair prices. I have been very happy and will continue to return to them for all of the parts on my Jeep.
