The atmosphere in this store is always pleasant (in sharp contrast to the big box up the 501). Is it the lighting? Is it they treat their employees like real people? It just feels better. Their store brands are better in quality and equal in price to the big box. The meat and seafood selection is great, fresh cut on site and varied for every budget. Produce is fresh and a good variety of choices there too. They are the only store in MB that has ever heard of rhubarb, (they have it in season). Plenty of organic, natural, and gluten-free choices in all departments too. Wide selection overall. Seldom a problem and they always take care of it. They hire disadvantaged community members to bag your groceries which is awesome and fun.

I was in there tonight with my 2 friends and was buying some products which has a deal for Buy 5 and save 5$ and each of us buoght 5 each and when we came to register store manager who name was Weaver came and told us you can not buy seperately because you came together!!!!! But we told her we are living in different house and come with different cars plus there was no sign to say like about limit the product we bought!!!! And her attitude and face was TERRIBLE looking, she looks like so so scary and rude and she told us I can decide how many you can buy etc.... I think she needs education, I hate to deal uneducated people who is also store manager, she was TRASH!!!!

Hiring young Kids that could care less about Store Brand , Telling shoppers when calling in advance O Yeah we carry that when in doubt , When They have No clue leading you on a Wild goose chase wasting time & your Gas money- While you ask for the manager in front of you says Sorry, wish i could produce the product you are looking for so my guess to me was to Pound sand ! As i looked around further in this So called, Highly rated grocery store Looking for what i was told we have it was in Total well, Like a Hurricane just passed through it - A total mess ! Just like the people i dealt with working for Kroger !!!

Without a doubt the best grocery store in Myrtle Beach. I read the other reviews and some of these people have to be on drugs. I shop there weekly and EVERY employee always smile, say hi and are ready to assist. The manager is always on the floor helping out or straightening things. Always open more lanes when needed. Whoever said prices are high, ARE HIGH. If you wanna see high, go across the street to Publix. Publix prices are SKY HIGH for same items and sometimes double for produce. Keep up the great work, never change!!

Always clean, neat, well-stocked. Kroger always has everything I need. If I cant find something, anyone I ask is more than happy to help me. The people working there are incredibly friendly and are always working hard to keep customers happy. I am a regular at this store and the manager, Mark Frink, has gone out of his way many times to stop and make sure I have found everything I need. Couldnt ask for more!

Clean and well organized. Keep an eye on the specials. If you shop there every week you will find your way to their deals.

It is difficult to shop in this store due to aisles being so narrow. The people that work there are very rude. The pharmacy is the absolute worst!!! I dont think customer service is their number one goal. Also, the parking lot is an absolute mess and difficult to navigate safely.

The meat dept. Could use a "better attitude" song sung to them.. Its a rough location to get in and out of typically.. Kind folks otherwise and they have a Starbucks if that helps.. If not, go across the street to Pulix..

Deli people need to be trained..quite rude, bad attitudes, price points are not clear.. I ask whats on sale, they dont know how to answer that question.... However when we checked out Mary was quite pleasant...

HORRIBLE! Workers are rude and they act like you are bothering them. The "women" working at the Starbucks there need to learn that customers are always right. We are visiting and I promise we will never go back
