My first experience at PGS was great. I walked in to talk to an artist and Allison happened to be the one available so I told her what I wanted and she was more than happy to suggest things and draw my design for me. I then made an appt for later that week. When I went in she was ready for me and showed me my design. It wasnt quite right so she redrew it and charged a little extra. It was my first and she made me very comfortable and was easy to talk to. Just so you know, she fell down stairs or something and hurt her back really bad. I know she has been having a lot of trouble with it. That was a little more than a year ago now. I recently went back to get some color added and get a side piece. Again she was available and I went in her room to talk about what I wanted. She remembered me from the year before. I told her my ideas and made an appt for the next week. She didnt seem excited about it at all. She actually never called to say she finished drawing it or to confirm my appt. That really disappointed me and I wont be going back because of my second experience. Could have made about 300 bucks off that tattoo. I spent 170 on my first. With this shop its best to call and see if your artist is available to talk with you at whatever time you would like to go in. Then make an appt after that if need be.

I came in the day before spoke with the incredibly nice owner, he advised me to come in the next day for a walk in instead of getting an appointment. I was super stoked all day to get this piece on my inner arms done that Ive been waiting and wanting to get for the past three years! Greeted with a friendly welcome from Buck, came around the corner Robert who rudely asked me what i wanted. Giving him a chance, i explained my tattoo. He gave me his opinion on placement, and was concerned with it not being symmetrical on each arm. I asked him if he could add filigree or something to make the two pieces mend. He seemed completely uninterested and didnt care to use his "creative // artistic" mind to encourage me to get it done. Even another associate was trying to help, but he argued with me until i felt the need to leave. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and disgusted with his customer service. I will NEVER return because of his foul attitude. I normally go to Charlotte for ink and will continue to leave the state. I gave it more than one star because im sure not every artist at Physical Graffiti is like Robert who doesnt seem to give two poops.

From the moment I walked in I was made to feel at ease. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice . Then the owner greeted me. Talked to me about what I wanted done and put me with an artist within 30 min. (Come on people u cant expect to walk in and be getting a tatto in 5 min. Its a process) Steve came out to talk to me about what I wanted. He shared his ideas with me and what we could do to cover up an awful, small tattoo, that I had 20 yrs ago. His idea was spot on and I appreciated the fact that he took the time to listen to me and what I wanted and come up with an awesome tatto. He was pleasant to talk to , Very down to earth and an amazing artist . I would definitely recommend him for anyone in the market for a tatto.. Honestly I dont think you could go wrong with any of them in the shop.. it was all in all a wonderful experience. Will be the only place I will ever go for a tatto.

I was a walk in, admittedly not the best thing on a Saturday. However, I was told to wait 2 hrs, then after 2 hrs of waiting I was told to come back in 2 hrs, which I did, no problem. When it finally gets to be my turn the woman who was going to do my tatoo, in not a nice way at all that she had been tatooing since noon, her back hurt and she had to be back in at noon the next day. They did not realize I wanted such a big tatoo because they never asked, guess the figured I looked like the type of woman who would want some lame small tattoo. Poor way to run a business if you ask me!!!!!!! Rudeness all around from the people in the shop, NC is not that far away.

I went to PSG with an idea of what I wanted but not sure how I actually wanted it to look. I met Jason a.k.a. Bruce Lee and described what I was going for and told him that it would be a family oriented piece and really wanted it to be top notch and meaningful. He blew it out of the water! After seeing his drawing it was exactly what I wanted. He was able to take all of my ideas and thoughts and brought them to life flawlessly. He was very easy to talk to and made my experience that much better. I will definitely go to him for all my future tattoos. He is a class act and deserves your business. You wont be disappointed!

I have nothing negative to say, only positives. I read some of the negative reviews before I went for a visit, and was curious, and found out that the negatives were from impossible to please customers .. I browsed the various artist portfolios and found Brandon to be the one to suite my style ... I gave him my little seed of an ideas, and came back three days later to see he had grown the idea into an awesome reality ... YES IT HURT LIKE HECK, BUT THE PAIN IS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE ... I am looking to go back for more .... just go in with you reasonable expectations, and you might be surprised what comes out of it

first off if u r thinking of going to this shop for a tattoo, DONT DO IT!! I stopped in to look at getting some stuff touched up/fixed and they had no interest in doing it, i guess the tattoo business must be so good on haywood rd right now that they didnt need my money. thats fine because Monster Ink was more than willing to take care of me!! Basically they acted real snobby and like they only wanted to tattoo little butterflies or something!! I would encourage anyone that wants or needs ink to please see Monster Ink in Easley on hwy 153....youll be glad u did!!!!

I found the location to be pretty convenient, the receptionist was loveeeely (also reallly gorgeous, like a pin-up Barbie) and the shop was pretty tip-top in appearance. Not gonna lie, I was kind of hesitant, because of past reviews, but Im very happy with my decision. Despite how last minute it was, I was accepted as a walk-in appointment and received my first tat from Mr. "BruceLee" -- LOVE IT AND LOVE HIM. Very awesome dude, very accommodating and he just did a really good job in helping me keep calm during the whole process. Ill definitely be back.
