I have had great experiences with West Ashley True Value, the staff is always friendly and polite. Half the time I am in there the owner himself assists me with finding what I need. They can also special order products that are not carried by the big box home retailers. And I must note that their boat trailer selection is pretty expansive and way cheaper than shopping at west marine down the street.

I have been into this True Value a number of times to pick up some small items. Workers have always been helpful in directing me to the correct area and have always been friendly. Glad to have a hardware store so close to home!

Very nice experience, employees can find anything you need. every time i shop there they have always have it what i need plus you dont have to run around to find some help as it lowes or home depot. this place is 5 stars plus.
