Every time I have gone into this store it has been a horrible experience. A good part of the staff was rude and knew nothing about the wines when the store is a specialty wine store. I found myself wandering the store hopelessly while the staff either ignored me or sent me to the wrong place multiple times. (I was just looking for burgundy cooking wine, a very common item.) Three visits and all were complete crap. I would not recommend this store if you are looking for a friendly intelligent staff willing to help you.

Nice selection of bourbons here. I think that this is one of the higher end state stores -- if the state stocks a premium liquor in its stores, it will be here. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me, a far cry from the bad old days of state liquor stores. Nicest spirit shop within a reasonable drive.

Nice big store, good selection but sometimes difficult to get to and from car, I really dont like the parking lot. If you park in front of the store its hard to back out due to cross traffic. Walking is the same. The store itself is nice and most employees are helpful.

Horrible return/exchange policy. Asked for a suggestion for a sweet wine and was given a bottle of dry. I was in a hurry and didnt notice it until I went home which is an hour away.
