Made purchase online with store pick-up at Toys R Us. Found exact same item $30 cheaper at Walmart. I was trying to decide whether to ask for price match, but Walmart was geographically closer. Called Toys R Us to cancel and was told I had to call "the 800 number." What number is that? I asked. She didnt know. I was placed on hold for about 3-4 minutes. Finally, someone came back on and was able to cancel. Had they shown good customer service and inquired as to what was going on and met the price, I might have stayed with them. So, I then ordered from Walmart online with store pick up. Called them the next day to see if I could take advantage of free bike assembly. She said sure, but I have to allow 3 business days. This was on Friday and I needed it Sunday. So, I told her that and she said let me see if the bike assembler is here and if he can do it. She got my number, and less than one hour later, called to say it was all done. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A product I had wouldnt scan or even bar in at self check out. The woman there just said its not scanning.... I dont know if she just expected us to say forget it then or what because then she just looked at us. So we tell her well .. we need to buy it?? She sends my boyfriend to a some other guy to do a price check. I wait by the self check out for 45 mins while my boyfriend gets sent to 5 different people for a price check... Customer service tells us to go pay for what we have at self checkout (which mind you we have to scan again) and then come back to pay for the apparently non existing product. Ask to speak with supervisor who just tells us sorry..... Sorry isnt paying my bills and my wasted time is wasted money. I think Walmart forgot that its customers are what pays their bills. Not going to this Walmart again.

Being a frequent Walmart shopper to save money, I visit the store 2-3 times a week. Im aware that most traffic in the store is over the weekend so I try to visit in the middle as much as possible. A very annoying thing is that I find many out of stock items The shelves are simply bare. Sometimes for a day or two and numerous times for much longer. This is the most serious complaint with Walmart. One would think that with auto replenishment which is - one item sells, one item gets ordered back in - that the shelves would almost always have adequate stock. Not at Walmart. Retail 101: you cant sell it if its not on the shelf!! This situation is not unique to any one store, but to all Walmart stores. Poor planning, poor staffing, poor inventory control leads to empty shelves, lost sales, and unhappy shoppers.

I live in Doylestown PA so theres no need to travel to Willow Grove to shop at Walmart anymore. I never liked the Walmart on Street Road in Warminster. This location has friendly staff the lines move pretty quickly and have self-checkout. This store is fully stocked and any time I have a question the staff always seem to be quick to answer and ready to help. I dont like the target up the road the staff seemed to be very unfriendly. This will be my go-to store whenever I need anything. Its great for a family night out because Red Robins, Buffalo Wild Wings are in the same Shopping Center. Starbucks, Regal movie theater, LongHorn Steakhouse is directly across the street.

My first time in this local store was at 630am this morning. 1 register open, no one else in line and the cashier didnt even hand me my bags. I had to rotate the wheel of bags myself. Unfortunately, I didnt even get all my items. NO ONE was in the store and the cashier was clueless. After returning home I called customer service to try and retrieve my left items. I can only assume the cashier took the items for herself. I was on HOLD for 30 minutes, never got customer service or a manager, and finally hung up. Worst Walmart ever. I will NEVER shop there again.

Worst Walmart location Ive ever been too.. Which is crazy because its the newest location in the area (maybe 1 to 2 years old). They have a horrible selection, always out of stock on everything... Today I had horrible service employee, she was insanely slow and just mumbled. Yesterday there were two employees in the kids section for at least 20 mins one was playing with a keyboard then they were throwing a football. Ive given up trying to get groceries there... Going to drive the extra 15 mins from now on.

The manager on duty was an extremely rude little brat! Items were in the wrong place on shelves and that made it seem like the price was less than it actually shouldve been. When I pointed this out to manager she insisted I was wrong and never accepted responsibility for the mistake; the shelves shouldve been organized better and kept neater. This is the second time this has happened to me at a Wal-Mart. I got the lower price for the items, but I will never shop at that, or any Wal-Mart ever again!

OK store. Clean for the moment unlike other Walmarts in the area. I am puzzled by the small crowds though. Drive past the store often and lot is pretty empty most of the time. Cant fault the workers for not being as good as Targets. Not impressed by the food prices. Selection is good but I do better at Giant or Shop Rite. Good price on a VCR/DVD combo compared to Best Buy (same exact mfg) just a different label. Other than that nothing to stop me from doing my shopping at Target.

Bathrooms are filthy. I would never expect a brand new walmart to be so dirty..Ive never seen so many boogers smeared on the wall. Probably all from the same employee. Ill take a drive to the walmart on 309. Much cleaner and much friendlier staff. Our cashier was also texting while we were checking out. Management should be ashamed to run that place.

Service usually sucks unless you find the right person to help you. Every single time we go here they have like 3 registers opened and a million employees just walking around looking for something to do even though there are lines wrapping around isles because of the very limited amount of registers opened. Fix this problem and it would be great

This store had nothing in stock. The bread aisle looked like the apocalypse was coming and it was so disorganized it took me two times the amount of time it usually does to do my grocery shopping. Ill will not be Back. I know Walmsrts are what they are and you can only expect so much, but this was BAD

Just like any Walmart they sell just about anything you could need. Most items are available on the shelves but the only issue is 20 check out isles but only 2-3 are ever open. Self checkout is available but with such a small number of regular isles open the self checkout tends to be crowded.

This is a new Walmart it should look new inside yet it looks as beat up and crappy as all the other old ones, their sevice is as horrible too, along with that their products are the same quality as well, complete trash that are cheap knock offs of everything else, point is never go here
