I have gotten several tattoos from Ray and I was more than happy with the cleanliness, artistry, professionalism, friendliness that I have experienced at Rayzor Tattoos. They took the time to talk to me, help me design what I wanted based on the basic idea that I brought in and then implemented the design. After my design was carefully measured against where it was going to go and I was satisfied with the size, placement and colors, it was done exactly to my liking. Every time I have visited the shop, there is an exciting atmosphere, cool sounding music, friendly, hip, urban folks and I was made to feel welcome. They practice hand washing, ethical behavior and perform all tattoos in a sanitary manor. Each of my tattoos has healed quickly and they have held up over time. I live in Seattle and visit central PA from time to time. Razor Tattoos could easily be located in a big city and fit right in with the world class artists that I have in my city. In fact, I have yet to visit a Seattle tattoo shop that was as clean, friendly or personable as Rays shop has always been. I have referred at least 5 of my close friends who all thanked me for sending them to the Rayzor Tattoo gang. They also are sponsors of skateboarding events that help to raise money for autistic children who want to learn how to ride a skateboard, which I find to be very awesome.

Im also going to pipe-in and stand up for Steve Skelly in regards to this Kim Gs review. I have a STUNNING half sleeve done by Steve Skelly and it is a living work of art. He captured the exact essence of what I was going for in my tattoo. From start to finish he did an AMAZING job. Not only is he a superior tattoo artist but he is, as stormtrooper put it, genuine and kind. I am a woman and did not feel violated in the slightest. He has a gentle hand, and is mad talented. I was able to sit for 10 hours straight without flinching!! Everywhere I go I get complimented on my tattoo to the point where its like I need a sign that says " I KNOW MY TATTOO ROCKS, THANKS FOR STARING" hehe. Ok maybe not that ridiculous, but so good I get asked where I got it done all the time and people tell me how beautiful it is at least 1 time per day...I gladly tell them STEVE SKELLY AT RAYZOR TATTOOS IN HARRISBURG! DO NOT hesitate to get a tattoo done by Skelly based on her inaccurate remarks. In-fact, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I cant speak for the other artists at the shop, Ive never had work done by them. I can only speak on Skelly and the quality of the shop itself. Lets put it this way, I drive 2 hours just to go see him. I would travel 8 if I had to if he ever chose to switch shops. I GOT MY LIP PIERCED TWO WEEKS AGO AND I LOVE IT AND TODAY I HAD A TATTOO DONE BY THE RAZOR TATTOO SHOP ON FRONT STREET IN STEELTON PA AND IM IN LOVE WITH THE WORK OF THE TATTOO ARTIST RAY HE DOSE AWESOME WORK AS WELL AS THE OTHER ARTIST I CANT TELL ANY ONE WHAT TO DO BUT I WILL NEVER LET ANYONE BESIDES RAZOR TATTOO ON FRONT FRONT STREET IN STEELTON PA TATTOO ME AGAIN I FOUND MY TATTOO AND PIERCING HOME "GRATE JOB YOU GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Ive known Ray for 13 years now.....he gave me my first tat at age 32....I love the artwork and detail Ray does..hes very talented in what he does and hes own artwork is amazing!!! I love Rayzor Tattoos. I had my first tattoo done by Ray, one of the talented artists at the shop. It was his own unique design of what I wanted. The staff is fantastic , and the new steampunk look of the shop is warm and inviting. I was very impressed with the tattoo as well as how I was cared for as a customer. I would highly recommend you get your tattoos done at Rayzor Tattoos.

The tattoo AJ drew for me is beyond what I imagined, incredibly creative and definitely unique. By far the best experience I have ever had getting a tattoo. The entire atmosphere is phenomenal. The tattoo is fantastic and the price was amazing for the quality of tattoo I received.

I love the atmosphere of Rayzor tattoos. The people there are amazing! Back in 2011 Ray did my first tattoo. In 2012 and 2013 , AJ pierced my tongue and belly . I recommend their tattoo shop to everyone I know. The people are just amazing!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I GOT THE SNAKE EYES TONGUE PIERCING AND HE PUT IN A BAR THAT IS WAY TOO SMALL. I HAVE NO SWELLING ROOM. ALL I DID WAS ASK FOR ANOTHER BAR AND HE GAVE ME A BAR LONGER THAN MY NORMAL TONGUE RING.

Ray did my second tattoo & touched up another tattoo for me at the same time! He made a custom cross tattoo for me & I absolutely love it. The shop was clean & the people working at the shop were really nice :)

You cannot go wrong by going there for a tattoo or piercing, not to mention they also happen to be the best skateboard shop anywhere in central PA. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
