My name is Darlene Schoch from Pleasant Gap, Pa. and I shop at Home Goods often. For Christmas 2016 I bought 4 large area hugs for my daughter. The one was not a good fit for one of the childrens rooms. She is a few hours away. When I finally got the rug from her to take back it had been a few months. I had the store receipt all along but could match the numbers with the rug so finally I took the rug to the store and explained my receipt and rug number did not match. That is when I ask Maggie Zimmerman a store associate for help. The numbers matched and she made the return for me and I got full payment on a store gift card. Need I say how thoughtful and helpful she was. Very professional and knowledgable in helping me. I thought I would have to keep a rug we could not use.
