Was looking to replace my Jeep with something more ride friendly but didnt want to sacrifice the added cargo area or the winter driving capabilities that the suv provides. I had 2 Mercedes at the time along with the Jeep. Logic would state, why not replace the Jeep with a Benz Wagon. I loved the way my E 350 4 matic performed so I decided to replace the jeep and the E 350 with an E 350/500 4 matic Wagon. Started looking for one and came across an E 500 4 matic in stock at Import 1 Motorsports. Now, here is the truth of the transaction. I live down the shore in NJ. It took almost 2 hours without traffic to get to Import 1 Motorsports. Before leaving I contacted Robert, the owner of the Dealership. We set up a time to meet and the rest is history. The car is everything and more of what Robert described. I am not new to Mercedes ownership, this one is my 10th. I am also a former certified MB tech. This car, although has a few miles on it, fit the bill perfectly. I purchased the car on site and within a half hour was driving home that day. That was about 6 weeks ago. The car has performed flawlessly and I have no regrets or buyers remorse. The transaction was actually "pleasant". Robert is a true professional with great knowledge of the automotive world. He described the wagon accurately and did not try to hide or cover up anything. He was completely honest with me and went out of his way so I could drive the wagon home that day. My co workers have asked me where I bought the car and I tell them Import 1 Motorsports in PA. I would not hesitate to purchase another car or refer a family member or closest of friends to this dealership. Robert is a man of his word. Sometimes in life things cannot be controlled and bad things happen. This transaction was one of the better things. The only regret I have writing this review is there are only 5 stars and not 10 !!!

I put my 2004 Corvette on consignment with Import1 Motorsport. Unfortunately, the car, the along with all the other cars in the building, was destroyed in a fire in late May 2016. Mr. Winn, did not inform me about the fire. I called him, by chance, thirty hours after the fire and thats when he informed me my car had been destroyed. It leads one to wonder when he would have let me know had I not called. Mr. Winn gave me a claim number with Nationwide, despite the fact that apparently cars under consignment were not covered. I received a denial letter from Nationwide a month after I submitted my claim. I have been in insurance limbo for the two months after the fire and have essentially been abandoned by Mr. Winn. There is another insurance company involved as the owner of the building had a policy. The two insurance companies cannot agree on the cause of the fire. As my agreement was with Mr. Winn and he was responsible for my car while under consignment, Mr. Winn should compensate me. Nationwide paid him for his cars and is now trying to collect from the other company. Mr. Winn should do the same. I think Mr. Winn is a good agent for selling cars. He received an excellent price for mine but, unfortunately the deal had not been consummated when the fire occurred. I would caution anyone considering using Mr. Winn to broker their car.

Wow. This guy is amazing. I saw the add for a 2013 BMW 328i on Car Gurus so I submitted my inquiry. Even though Robert was on vacation, he immediately replied and told me the car had just sold but he had a 2014 320i that he would reduce in price to match the other car. OK, so I thought why not drive an hour to check out his inventory. When I got there, the 320i was ready and waiting for my test drive. The car was sparkling, 26,200 miles but in BRAND NEW CONDITION. I absolutely loved it. He also had 2 other Beamers in beautiful shape and I test drove one but really love the car he had already picked out for me. I asked Rob if I could leave a deposit until I got the financing worked out, Rob shook my hand and that was my deposit. He even hooked me up with a great credit union for the financing. I picked the car up and Rob spotted me cash to top off the tank. I cant say enough good things about Robert and Import 1. He has gained a customer for life. WELL WORTH the hour drive to get there! If you need nice, high end used car and want to save 15k or so in depreciation, Robert Winn is your man.

Im Very Happy To Have Purchase My 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S - John Cooper Works Edition From Robert 11/4/2016, Listen People This Salesman Is A Great Guy, Very Honest, Very LOYAL To His Word, Robert Worked With Me Through My Trials and Tribulations Coming Out Of A Bad Divorce To Losing A House and an Audi. I FINALLY Met Robert (lol) We Talked He Understood My Situation and The Process To Getting Back On My Feet. End The End We Both Made Out 100% Great Over 3 Months Through This Whole Process, At 1st I Was Thinking of Financing But When It Was Said And Done I End Up Buying The Car Out Right $$$ No Payments ..... Heres The Icing On The Cake, I was Up In Linden NJ at a Flag Football Game, My Battery Was Old And It Had Died Out The Store Confirmed The Battery Was Just Simply An Old Battery. Made One Call/Text Robert Was Like "Listen Pay For A New Battery And Ill Reimburse. IJS LOYALTY & FRIENDSHIP People. You Thanks Again....Great Great Salesman and Honest Friend

I purchased a used Audi A4 from Import 1 in December of last year. Rob made the whole process of buying the car very simple and had great communication throughout the transaction. Unfortunately, shortly after taking the car home, the check engine light came on. I was frustrated and afraid that I had gotten screwed, however I contacted Rob and he went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed. I told him that I was moving half way across the country soon, and he went as far to ship me a new turbocharger for my car to replace the original, faulty one. Would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchased a user car!

Bought a used auto and had it shipped to CO from PA. Was a bit reluctant to purchase an out of state used vehicle based only upon internet pictures and discussions with Robert. But he was upfront about everything, was fair in negotiations, and in less than 3 business days the car arrived with title and all paperwork in hand. He went out of his way to provide previous service records on the car and the stock stereo (given the after-market install). Would definitely recommend dealing with Rob and his business. Very easy to deal with and very happy with the purchase and experience.

Robert had several cars that I was interested in. He and his manager helped me make a great decision on the perfect car for my needs. I was looking for something fun and reliable they delivered as promised. They could have easily sold me a more expensive automobile but instead took the time to assure I made an educated purchase. They went out of their way to make sure we are happy and educated. They stayed well beyond closing time and placed us in many cars after letting us know what to expect. Go see the family touch they provide and enjoy their knowledge of the cars they sell
