Terrible produce selection. Feels like nothing is fresh. Every vegetable dies way before the expiration date. Very limited overpriced organic selection. Everything is extremely overpriced to a level that is insulting. Feels like I am robbed at gun point the minute I even think about purchasing anything here. I pray everyday that this place gets replaced by a respectable grocery store.

This place is like Mary Poppins bag - unassuming from the front but quite big inside. And they are really well stocked and well staffed. They have just about everything. The deli has a soup bar, rotisserie chickens and they make sandwiches, too. Try their Walnut & Cranberry Chicken Salad. (Its one of a few different chicken salads they offer.) Yum! What a wonderful neighborhood gem!!

This market slides further downhill with every passing day. I live right near there, and thus, frequent it because of convenience alone. However, the produce, meat, and dairy products if not rotten when you are at the checkout counter, are for sure rotten within 24 hours. Id steer clear of here. Its worth spending the outrageous money on gas to get your food elsewhere!!

Nice local market. The prices are a little high, but for the location thats to be expected. I do appreciate the catering to a city clientele- they have good prepared foods in the deli case, and package their meats proportionally for one person. I like that I can buy a package of 2 chicken breasts instead of having to buy 2 pounds of meat just for myself.

This place is a joke. 3.40$ for a can of progresso soup? really? Overall every time I shop here I feel overcharged and have little to show for it. Just 10 items could cost you 70+$. Not even high ticket items like steak etc... I really wish this place gets run out of town and a Walmart came into the city within walking distance of center city.

All I can say is that Great Scots is making a turn around in the right direction. They have recently renovated their produce section! The quality and price are exactly what you expect out of their produce. They are even better if not the same as Sues Produce! I dont know if they have gotten new management or what, but keep up the good work!

I usually have my groceries delivered. They deliver up until 2:30pm each day. They are prompt, but expensive. I have always been satisfied with my experiences when doing business with rittenhouse market. I pay with a credit card over the phone and tip the delivery person in cash when they arrive.

Walking distance from me. I should definitely shop here more often. They have all of the basics as well as a lot of more specific items that I cant find at the larger stores. Great selection. Good prices. Great quality of food and standard of service. Shop here.

Very convenient if you live nearby. Always well stocked and clean, has an above average selection of produce, meat, dry goods. Prices are over marked as this is in Rittenhouse, but you can still shop and find deals. They sell postage too which is convenient.

This place is great! You can find just about anything here. I picked up saffron, dried porcini mushrooms, a delicious rotisserie chicken and a watch battery all in one trip. Plus the staff are extremely friendly.

The isles are a little snug but they have everything you need. They keep the store nice and tidy. The people working there are very friendly. The prices are good for the location.
