I was waiting in line. Probably about 4 people back. The gentleman on the register was amazing due to what he had to deal with. He called the manager Liz 4 times. Each time asking for help. Well needless to say Liz never came to the front but acknowledged that he needed help. Every customer that came up Joe nicely apologized. Its a shame that an amazing employee like Joe has to deal with a horrible manager like Liz. So then when I came outside I even tried to call the store to tell Liz to help his cashier out and waited on hold for 5 mins waiting for her so I hung up. One of the main reasons I will take my business elsewhere

My mother in law brought me a hat and scarf set for Christmas. One: they left the sensor on inside the box on the scarf. Two: when I go to exchange, Im told I cannot. I ask if they can just remove the sensor, Im told they cannot. So what am I supposed to do with this then?!?!?! Her hard earned $25 dollars is going to waste because of the initial incompetence of removing a sensor at checkout. I will be contacting corporate. For someone that always shops at this establishment, Im unsure why a customer cannot be accommodated at least for an exchange without the receipt. It looks like winter will be over before any use.

I absolutely love Ross. They just need to order more stock for the sizes I need. Lol... no matter what size my boys are they sell very quick. They should look at previous sales and order the next size up for tge following year. Its that simple. There profit and loss report should give them that information to determine what to order this year. Just an idea. And yes Ive been working retail for years. Lol...

Yesterday I went to go return a dress and the cashier was very nice but needed the managers pin to return and item the manager took a long time to come and when she did it was with the worst attitude towards the casheir and I. The store managers should act like they are getting paid to work ... they have the worst costumer service ever . The workers should get a promotion and the managers need to go!!!

like all stores like this, its either "hit or miss." for me? i usually hit more than i miss. compared to the Ross at Hamilton Marketplace, this one is way better!
