Incredibly rude customer service from the elderly woman who works the retail counter! She is so unfriendly I will go out of my way to AVOID her! Honestly Im spending money in your store, would it kill you to actually help customers? I hope management addresses her ridiculous behavior. If I treated customers like this when I worked in retail, Id have been fired several times over.

Five stars for a PA State Store, 2.5 stars most places. One of the newest and biggest PA State Stores. Good selection for Pennsylvania. Better and bigger than the Devon store. Friendly staff, most of whom are from the old store on South Gulph Road. They were giving samples of 1 vodka and 8 wines. Easy, free parking. Next to Stein Mart.

I wish I could give -1 star. Worst store ever in the world. Rainey I dont know how she still has a job. Very poor Customer service specially In a location like this service . Run for your life. Save your self the stress and the aggrevation and humiliation. Took me 1 hour to purchase from the store.

I had the best experience at this Wine and Spirits. Carole was extremely helpful with helping me select a bottle of Tequila. She was awesome and knowledgeable, thank you Carole!! If only there was someone this helpful at every wine and spirits store Ive been too.
