i went in here to sell my gold because of his giant sign on the road that says WE BUY GOLD. I went in with two 1/10th ounce gold eagles. The lady working said the owner ran out quick. She had no clue what gold eagles even were. How do you buy and sell gold and not even know what a gold eagle coin is???????? She then calls the owner and he said hes not interested in buying my gold!! Why have a store that buys gold if youre not buying gold?????? Idiots. Gold eagles are the most valuable gold coin there is...if youre not interested in those then you shouldnt be in business.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER To all the locals...the gold shop just a few stores down from this crappy place bought my gold for spot in a heartbeat...they were happy to take it...i love the owner responses to every single customer whos dissatisfied. Clearly after all these reviews who the idiot is...lol..sad business owner...probably a giant loser

I called this guy and told him i had silver rounds and dimes. He said how much do i want to sell. I said about 4 or 5 of the rounds. He hangs up the phone on me. I called him back to be sure if he did or didnt. Told him i had 1000 dimes along with them (junk dimes) and i didnt want to sell all my rounds to him. He asked me a few times how much i have all together. Like in addition to what i am trying to sell? Come on thats none of your business. Customer service is horrible. Disrespectful and rude. Ive dealt with many people in this area. You should have felt appreciative that i even came to you. Ferguson at the Saturdays Mareket gets the highest review from me in this area. I have no idea how this person is in business. Dont recommend for any reason going here!

Wow, just called to ask about selling a 14 carat gold amethyst ring weighing 4.5 g... Before I could finish the sentence the guy interrupted me and said "we only buy large diamonds" and then just hung up!!!!! Strange I thought, seeing as how they advertise that they buy and sell gold..... Hmmmm, kinda makes ya wonder??????????
