I pretty much like Weis in general. This particular one is just ok. Its pretty clean. The staff is friendly. They have a beer cafe, deli counter, bakery, seafood and meat department. The prices here a little crazy. Dont get me wrong they do have some good deals sometimes, but there meat prices are crazy. Another issue I have is a lot of the time the shelves are not stocked. I have been here multiple times and there are numerous things I want to purchase but they arent in stock its annoying. So its hit or miss. Maybe I should go to the beer cafe before I start shopping, then I wouldnt care

Lately Ive noticed that many of the canned goods are dented. Today I had to look deep into the shelf to find 2 undented cans of black beans and tuna fish. Also the self check out is so annoying. I needed the clerk 7 times during my check out for my few groceries. Finally I was in the store for a total of 45 min. An alarm was going off in the dairy the entire time. Ridiculous! And so annoying. Not a pleasant experience. Ive shopped here for several years but the store has definitely gone downhill in these past few months.

Everyone is friendly, kind, knowledgable and willing to go that extra mile to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience! A few of the weekend courtesy desk girls are arrogant ,unfriendly, pushy , they seem to be more concerned w/checking out the young men than helping customers. The Monday - Friday courtesy desk and deli employees (both shifts) always manage to make me smile no matter my mood!! Thank you

Disappointed to say the least. I called to find out the price of discounted Dutch Wonderland tickets. Apparently no one knew how much they were, manager was less then thrilled by my questions and I was told.. "We dont know, its something like $36 for 20 tickets".. which is obviously incorrect, No one wanted to answer and seemed very annoyed by my question!

Just started going here. There are a lot of other places that are cheaper but there is a good selection of options and also a good amount of gluten free options around the store. Self checkout is usually available and the beer cafe is awesome

Our primary place to shop in Ephrata. Always great prices, helpful staff, and glad they now have their beer license. They also do a lot for the community and even donated lots of food supplies for a local block party we held a few months ago.

Clean and friendly service, pretty fresh flowers in season and great produce and fresh soup and salad bar. Love the meat department with great selection. And nice wide aisles and happy music to complete the shopping experience.

Always have issues with customer service here. Got lost looking for what I needed. Had to ask 3 different employees and everyone seemed like they were just too busy to help. Without your customers, you wont have a job.

Its a nice clean grocery store to go to. Theres a lot of older people that work and shop there, so it might feel awkward if youre younger. No self checkouts are a bummer if you dislike interaction with people.

Always here since its my local grocery store. Gotta be careful with expiration dates. If I werent so lazy to go back to return expired items I would be there even more! Workers are friendly, sometimes.

Reasonable prices. Their meat sales are usually pretty good. They also have a gas point program that allows you to get discounted gas if you buy certain items or use their pharmacy.
