Tonight (July 31st), I was getting my big haul of gas with my monthly discount, when the pump glitched after about only 16 gallons (35 is the total) and stopped pumping. I had stocked up on gift cards last month, so I had a sizable discount that I thought wouldnt work out. I got a bit overexcited, but they were calm and figured out how to get it back (pumping the rest of my gallons, then refunding me the discount after paying). Thanks, everyone! By the way, Ive called their customer service in the past (from the number on the back of the TH rewards card) and have had great/helpful service with them.
