Ive been to this Starbucks more than a dozen times and every time I regret it. The parking lot is a s***-show. Theres about 10 parking spots, some of which are 10 minutes but those 10 minute parking spots are generally occupied for hours. The service is terrible. Most-recently it took 20 minutes to get a quad-espresso today, and the barista was making drinks for all the women that ordered after me before brewing my simple drink. Its a loud, cramped, and stressful coffee shop. The one good thing this Starbucks has is the outdoor patio which is great during the warmer months. Lets face it - Starbucks has good coffee but its expensive. If Im going to pay top-dollar for coffee then I want better service and a welcoming atmosphere. The mainline has much better to offer than Starbucks. Do yourself a favor and checkout Hothouse Cafe next to the Bryn Mawr Film Institute, the New Leaf Club next to the Rosemont station, Brueggers Bagels or Saxbys. All of which have better service, atmosphere, and convenience.

Friendly staff, good coffee, and entertainment galore. If youd like to watch mainline blue bloods with more money than you have in your bank in their wallet act like they have never had to buy coffee for themselves before, let alone drive their own car, then you should park across the street in the lot for $.25, take the excruciatingly long 35ft walk back, and watch as they circle and circle and honk and scream at each other and bang into each others cars all the while putting on makeup and shopping for their 37th pair of full price lululemon yoga pants. THEN when you get inside you can hear the most absurdly specific orders for GMO free organic fair trade no growth hormone antibiotic free 1/15oz soy skim swami blessed latte with the milk dripped in one drop at a time so as not to bruise the chi of the coffee and only 3 grains of raw sugar served at 112°F please... Its that sort of place you think only exists on a show like portlandia.

Disorganized and bad communication. The guy who took my order forgot to give it to the barista. After 5-10 minutes of waiting, the barista puts out a frappacino but says its not mine. After 10-15 minutes, I finally ask her if she has an order for a frappacino with my name. No and she keeps on putting out other coffees. I have to ask the guy that I gave my order what happened to my coffee. After some back and forth, barista girl gets all defensive, saying "its not my fault" and I get glares like it is my fault. Still makes me wait while she makes 2 other drinks before she makes mine. Hardly an apology from either of them. Terrible service. Bad attitudes.

They never get the drink right. Peppermint hot chocolate is not Peppermint Mocha coffee. A shaken iced tea - lemonade should have lemonade in it and not be only iced tea. Please listen to the customers order or read what the order taker wrote on the cup. Not everyone is ordering coffee! Its rare that you get a drink made correctly here. And parking is atrocious. You can rarely get a spot and usually have to park off to the side or in front of the store risking someone backing into your car. There are only 5 or 6 spots and half of those are 15 minutes only. The other spots are taken up by people who sit with laptops for hours and hours nursing one drink.

It is a Starbucks - every one is the same from the perspective of the food/drink - it is that way by design. Anyway, the only reason this gets a 3/5 is because of parking and traffic. I do not know how much money they had to pay to get a permit to build there - but it must have been an incredible sum. I defy you - get a spot to park any time between 7am - 10am any weekday. This place is responsible for the traffic delays in Bryn Mawr - single handedly.

Are you ready to fight for a place? The rising international interest in competitive parking was born here at this Starbucks. Dont come without your car and be ready to compete in this anything goes free for all. Once you get inside, you will be treated to the sharpest baristas on the mainline. The service is fast and friendly. The menu is conventional Starbucks - no booze.

Great staff, friendly and welcoming. Latte is standard. Parking is difficult, depends on luck and timing. There are 15 min short term parking and longer term slots, about 50/50. Some people who grab stuff really quick would stop their cars right by the door.

Friendly and welcoming baristas and they make my drink the way I love it! The biggest thing to note about this location is that parking is tight no matter what time of the day you go there! So, leave yourself a little extra time to find a spot!

This Starbucks is a staple for people who go to Bryn Mawr. The parking is a pain though and I hate the "15 minute" parking lots. Makes going there a little stressful. Other than that, its Starbucks so you know what youre getting.

Friendly staff, well-crafted coffee and productive environment are the reasons I love this place. The most important thing is that this specific branch always makes the perfect drinks for me and my friends. Thanks everyone.

This is the same coffee and coffee drinks as every other Starbucks, but be warned - this one has a TINY parking lot. Like 4 spaces small, and no drive thru. Be prepared to park and walk a little bit more than usual.

Maybe the management can think about the idea of painting space lines in the parking lot......... especially if a few spaces can be painted in the asphalt that parallels the entire front-facing-windows of the property.

Everything fine, except the parking lots! There are just not enough parking lots there, everytime you have to wait until a customer comes out of Starbucks to get his parking lot.

The parking lot here is terrible. Always crowded with people double parking. Do yourself a favor and order ahead on the app so you can be in and out as quickly as possible.

A convenient location to pickup some coffee when heading to Bryn Mawr Hospital. Awesome friendly staff the only downside is that the parking lot is usually packed.

I go here about once a week for a coffee/lunch date, and have been for several months. The staff has always been cheerful and the treats exactly as requested.

Just another average coffee shop. Still a good place to sit down and get work done, or meet with a friend / business partner to chat.
