Dutch Brothers delivers a consistent product across all their locations. Theyre not my favorite place to get straight coffee, but I love their coffee beverages! This location in particular impressed me when an employee went above and beyond for us. We went through the drive-thru one afternoon, ordered a beverage, and asked for a cup of plain hot water to make the baby a bottle with. There was a miscommunication between the order-taker that was working the line and the service window, because when we got our order we were given a cup of ice water. At this point the line was backed up onto the street and I didnt want to be a bother, so I took the ice water and left. The young lady that took our order must have noticed because she went running into the building, filled up a glass of hot water, and ran it out to the street for us before we had a chance to pull away. Theres not a lot of places where the employees look out for you like that. It really left an impression on us. Thanks DB. ♥

Ive been to every dutch bros in salem, and this one must have a different owner than the rest. The drink Im given never tastes the same as it did the time before, last weekend I was served by a crackhead. She was moving 100mph but got nothing done, she had sores or marks all over her face and arm. she was so nasty i didnt even wany to take the drink from here.they are very slow...every time. The workers look run down, stoned, or just dont care how fast they go. The Dutch brothers on mission st is amazing, they will have triple the amount of cars and i know I can pull In right before work and they wont make me wait. They know all my drinks by heart, and my name. West salem needs to re-vamp how their workers are doing business. Ive clocked it, Ive had to wait just about 20 minutes to get a coffee at West salem.

It would be enough if all they had was great coffee going for them. But West Salem DB offers much more than that- they offer service thats unmatched anywhere else. The staff is awesome, genuine and continually go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome. I look forward to seeing them every morning because I know it will be a bright spot in my day. If you are reading this and decide to start frequenting this place, dont be surprised if after a week, youre on a first name basis and they have your drink and a smile waiting for you at the window when you roll up. 10 stars if I could!

This morning I stopped by to get some gift cards to give out at work. I was tired but wasnt planning on getting a coffee. The staff was SO sweet! They inquired about what the gift cards were for and offered to give me a free coffee for getting so many! Their customer service is phenomenal! Definitely pay them a visit and they will improve your day with their kindness. :-)

I always love my DB Double Dirty Chai and there WONDERFUL customer service (always) But for this particular shop should have specified entrance for cars coming from the oppostite side. I find myself (and others)going somewhere else for coffee specifically because if the line is long you risk having the tail your car in the bike lane down Wallace.

Such sweet people, took my grandfather for a birthday coffee. After seeing another customer in a red Mazda cut in the car line they saw it happen, took our order and moved us to the fireline. That was the greatest customer service Ive ever received at a Dutch. And to top it off, they paid for my coffee too, because of the driver. ♡

Had to move my vehicle out of line cuz they were taking too long(for some one else) after moving out of the way I was told I needed to go back around and get in line again shotty customer service the ladies at work the morning do a better job than they do thanks Dutch Bros

Absolutely the best in Salem. Always greated with love, best customer service around. They know my drink and make it perfectly every time. I love this Dutch Bros. Ive tried the other ones but they arent the same. This location is #1. There is none better!!!!!!

Tried it for the first time last night. I got a hot drink, the one with macadamia bit I was not impressed at all. The flavor is pretty artificial and I could barely taste the coffee at all. The prices are decent My husbands hot chocolate was delicious

Super friendly, cool, and young staff, super nice people, they have sugar free which is great! And its so much cheaper then Starbucks and I think even better quality drinks !Definitely the place to get coffee and any other kind of drink they have!

Waited 5 to 7 minutes for a left turn into there drive up line. Then waited 10 more minutes to get through the line. Meanwhile taking turns for merging into the line. You are stuck once you get in line u cant leave. Its RIDICULOUS!!

My favorite Dutch Bros in the area. Almost always has a runner so service is quick and friendly. The only negative is that limited cars can fit in the driveway from Wallace Rd, so it can get difficult sometimes to get in line.

Great place to get milkshakes. Not much coffee going on here. The drinks are sweet and tasty, but more of a dessert than coffee. High energy high school kids work here so prepare to be blasted with peppy service.

I get my coffee here every morning, really good coffee really friendly service. Only thing is, it can get expensive if you added up. 3.75x5=almost $20 a week on coffee alone. But I still do it.
