I went in to grab a couple energy drinks... I was rudely greeted.. which is fine its 7-11 I dont expect much.. but when I brought my drinks up.. I was met again with rudeness and hostility. Courtney, the cashier was having what I can only describe as a manic episode, she screamed at me.. refused to ring me up.. her manager came over trying to figure out what was happening.. Courtney walked away from the register screaming.. literally saying things like "B@%!☆! Im not helping u!!! Im not ringing her up!! U dont even know me b@$!#!! I was appalled. The manager was obviously also taken back as she finished ringing me up. My only assumption is she was either on serious drugs OR she thought she knew me.. which is so far from accurate. Ive never seen her before 7 11.. and hopefully I dont run into her again, shes obviously unstable. It was a terrible experience even for a 7 11. I certainly hope there was some repremanding done here.

There a is cashier here whom is extremely rude and arrogant. Not only has he corrected me multiple times when asking for an item, but hes also done the same thing to my fiance and this time told him "you know the drill" to bag his own items. This is not customer service AT ALL. I put it off as just a bad day or something to that extent at first, but this is obviously not the case. Im hoping he gets talked to about this because eventually customers (including myself) will just drive farther away to go somewhere where they arent treated like that. I believe his name was Zach.

The Slurpee machine is always having issues. They never have mountain dew flavored Slurpees available, and most of the time,cola flavor isnt available. Ugh!!! The employees are usually nice, although they go through alot of them! The parking lot is a little dangerous for a busy stop like this one.

I didnt know convenience stores sold oil, but they do here. The cashiers have always been helpful, friendly, and willing to help me find things if I cant find them.
