I walk in and no one was at the counter and no one said hello as I walked in and ups wants greetings within the first 10 seconds of walking in. I then needed an overnight envelope with a pouch, they didnt carry them. they gave me an envelope and had to put a pouch on which I then got charged for when UPS gives them the items for free. I will never go back here again. they employees were rude as well and so was the owner.
