I have been using Jacques for many years and have always not only been satisfied with my purchases, but have been more than pleased! The professionalism that this florist exhibits is wonderful, as are all of the flower arrangements that I have ordered. There are always a plethora of blooms, over and above what is pictured in advertisements, and more than what is anticipated as well. I will ALWAYS use Jacques when needing flowers for ANY event or celebration.

Ordered a deluxe $79 floral arrangement for daughters 1st baby. There was nothing deluxe about it.... tiny container and not the abundant flowers the picture showed. Will never use them in the future!
