Manager Fred was very helpful, friendly, and worked extremely hard to make sure that we had the best experience possible. He even loaded 4 pieces of huge furniture for us. Even when we had an issue he was great and fixed it instantly, even though it ment unloading and loading even more stuff, which he did with a smile on his face. Store clerk Dave even took a couch to the face on accident while helping, sorry man. All in all, would go back anytime

Decent store, you have to know the staff hardly gives a hoot about anyone there, so you are on a fend for yourself type mission when you go there, but if you know that going in you can surely find a deal or 2. Fairly clean store, but again dont expect any help. Howe Road, is amazingly bad. For their main stretch of revenue/business, they sure make sure the road is full of potholes and other impediments to doing the posted speed limit.

It is so nice in there and if you cant find something, the staff there are always so helpful and on the ball. If they dont have something,they will call around to the other stores and see if they have what you are looking for.

The staff are very nice. I dont recommend buying furniture, however. All the furniture I bought is constantly falling apart.
