I am a DIYer and have purchased from several other junkyards in the area - very dissatisfied with the service I received here. Salesman explained to me what was included with my part, and when they pulled it, their tech cut off a bracket mounted to the part I wanted. Didnt realize until I got home...then they wouldnt let me return it! Their policy is "sales person has final discretion on the return". They offered me a "store credit"...like I would buy from them again! Their websites states they have a "good neighbor" policy...not the kind of neighbor I want! Buyer Beware with Town and Country Auto Parts!

I have to give this group a review ! Usually salvage yards are not female friendly. Town and Country is the exception. I called them for a part that had seem to be impossible to find. They were friendly and helpful. I was still dreading the visit. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman I spoke with on the phone was as friendly in person. The entire crew was so nice. The part was reasonably price and a fraction of a new price part!! Im getting ready to shop for tires and Im going there first. Thanks Town and Country

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! After waiting for 1/2 an hour at the counter, with no other customers, then another 5 minutes for Mike to acknowledge me, I was told that they would pull my part ( a taillight), but I would have to wait, because they were about to take their lunch break. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told " Buddy, youre not at McDonalds!" Absolutely one of the worst attitudes that Ive ever experienced!!! I opted not to do business there now, or ever again!

Ive bought engines and various other parts from here with 100% satisfaction. Stop in. Or check out their website you wont be disappointed. Also this business is family owned and operated.

Sales person was very nice and was able to help me with what I needed without any difficulty. I was even able to order some new parts at a very good price through them. Plus I didnt have to wait 3 to 4 hours like some other yard in pickaway.
