I had a poor experience with the Walmart Pharmacy at the Cary, NC, Supercenter around 5:45 PM, June 12th, 2017. When I tried to pick up three prescriptions for my mother, only 1 was ready, despite an email confirmation that the other two would be ready for pick up by 10:30 AM that morning. I collected the first and stepped out of line to call my mom and confirm the details for the other two as I was told by the clerk that they were not in the system. I then waited through the line again and was directed to speak with pharmacy tech, Hanna. I told her that the prescriptions were transferred from another pharmacy, and she searched for them under both potential names. (My mom has recently changed her last name, and this likely contributed to some of the issues.) Though she remained polite and professional through out out interaction, Hanna proceeded to tell me that Walmart Pharmacy does not send emails and that they simply did not have the information on file. I then had my mother forward me the emails she had received from the pharmacy saying that the prescriptions were ready and got back in line. When I got to the front of the line again, I showed Hanna the email, (one of the ones that the Walmart Pharmacy supposedly "doesnt send," ) and suddenly, she knows what might have gone wrong. I then had to wait 20 minutes while they called the other pharmacy as the transfer had gone somehow wrong the first time. Though the staff remained pleasant the entire time, what should have been a 10 minute trip took nearly an hour, and Hanna clearly either isnt aware of store email policy/practice or lied. Whatever the case, I am deeply disappointed in the service and hope that it improves in the future.

THEY SAVED MY LIFE! Ryan and Cindy are the pharmacists and they truly SAVED MY LIFE from a Malpractice by a doctor. They gave me emergency supplies and Ryan(the greatest guy)helped me out a lot...consultations, advice, and emotional support. I owe him my LIFE! The Pharmacy Team are a great team and I hope they dont change. Linda, Sherry, Meesha, Arlene, and Alvin are all a great asset to the team. I cant THANK them enough. Ive been going there for years now and so far they have been the best team. WAL*MART, please dont change the team! Thank you guys! I truly honor you guys! THANK YOU, YOU SAVED MY LIFE! I SEND YOU ALL GREAT LOVE AND HAPPINESS!

I had to pick up a prescription for my wife here today. The front-end staff lady was extremely rude and not friendly. I didnt have the right insurance card (never picked up a prescription before) and she belittled me and made it seem like I was an idiot because I didnt know how the discount that the doctor provided worked. Will definitely not be coming here again.
