I dont usually feel compelled to write a negative review, but looking on here it appears Im not alone. I generally use the Henrietta/Jefferson Road FedEx Office location, but stopped in here today and wont ever again. Only one person working with a very long line. After waiting the one employee refused, rudely, to accept my package, which was a return of items to a retailer, citing insufficient packaging. The box contained three shirts and bubble packs, the exact same contents of what FedEx had delivered to my home a week earlier. He insisted that I needed to put more packaging materials inside the box before he would accept it. Of course he offered to sell me packaging materials. I declined and left the store and wont return again. I recommend either going to the Henrietta location or if youre not married to FedEx, stop by the UPS store right across the street.

Avoid this location at all costs. Not only do these employees think they have a 4yr degree in packing boxes. They want to sell you packaging material to fix perfectly packaged boxes. In the last month alone I have had three boxes refused that were packaged with appropriate packaging material and was forced to drive to another FedEx location in Rochester to have them shipped. Just because you can take a finger and push down a inch on the top of a box does not mean it is packed wrong!!! Not one of the boxes had any movement from its internal contents. If there is no movement of the boxes internal contents then it is packaged correctly. Apparently they have never been educated on inflated air cushioning bags used for packing material. Well there is always Grad school for packing boxes I guess. LOL Go somewhere else you have been warned.

Ive also had a couple "issues" with this FedEx location. Both times I had to drop off boxes that had pre-paid shipping labels and both times I was told that the package was not properly packed. Apparently, according to the gentleman working at the store the box has to be solid and you should not be able to press down on it. The 1st time i had this issue he was more than willing to sell me a new box with all the packaging accessories for a fee. The 2nd time I said no, ill do it myself. I have never had these issues with either the UPS Store or USPS. The gentleman working at this FedEx store claims that its the store policy. I only go here if I have to.

The person working told me that there was only one shipping option to Montreal! This is Fedex! You go there because they have the most options. Also at the same time he refused service to another person that came in with a totally legitimate box. The last complaint I have is that he told another employee working at the time that the whole company was going to crap. FedEx needs to get some new people in there, I have been a long time customer both personally and professionally world wide and I cant believe how bad this location is.

Repeatedly experience terrible customer service from the short heavy set guy Joe who works during the weekday. Ive wasted many lunches waiting in line to ship product to customers, only to have him tell me that my box has the wrong tape, or its insufficiently packaged, but for a charge he can fix it. I take it to USPS and they ship the same package with no issues. Avoid this location, unless you enjoy getting attitude and wasting your time. I walked out three times last year completely unhappy because of Joe.

Absolutely atrocious! Horrible customer service. Can not be in and out like the much more user friendly Brighton location. All three people that work there are absolutely miserable. The female is a drug addict, the middle aged man, Jim, is always preoccupied with facebook like a teenage girl, and the older overweight guy, Joe, is completely miserable and overzealous, but coincidentally is unable to provide any real answers. your best bet is to go to the Brighton location

Went in to pick up package per note left on my door. Guy was completely rude said "I only have 3 packages and none are yours". When I asked what the door tag meant he said "call 1800gofedex". When I asked why he just kept repeating that number. Overall he was not helpful and I still dont have my package. Will go to another store before ever coming back.

This is one of the least customer focused fedex locations Ive ever been to. They have more important things to do than focus on customers. I try to avoid this location when possible.
