I went into the vault the other day with sum items of mine to sell an the old guy with the glasses helped me...... well lets just say I would never go there. He treated my items very poorly. I felt like he was more in a rush to help the gentlemen that came in right before me with a box full of Pennys some of of the items I even bought off him and he told me they were JUNK.. so long story short take your business else where dont do it with the vault

I was very disappointed with this business. I went in to sell some jewerly and they would not let me sell it because I was not 21. No where on their website does it state you must be 21 and it is not posted anywhere in their store. I have sold at other places and never had this problem.
