We got the engagement ring and both wedding bands from Manhasset Jewelers and Jack was absolutely wonderful to work with! He asked the right questions about our interests and styles to determine the type of rings we wanted, offered suggestions, showed us plenty of options, and provided beautiful rings. The diamonds on my engagement ring have a bright color and sparkle under any light. He really hand picks the diamonds and gives you the best quality at a reasonable price. By no means is he pushy or a salesman. He truly cares about his clients and even makes personal follow-up calls to ensure we are satisfied. He builds a relationship with you. He engraved our wedding bands, and created my wedding band to compliment my engagement ring. We can stop by any time to get a free cleaning of the rings. Wedding planning can get pretty overwhelming, but the rings were the least of our worries. My sister and brother in law have been using him for years and my fiancé and I will definitely be doing the same. Jack is the best!

I couldnt be happier with the necklace Jack made for my nieces communion - a simple, elegant single pearl necklace. I went into the store about a week ago and was trying to decide on what to get - I felt no pressure to make any decisions - was able to discuss different options and ideas without being made to feel rushed. Terrible expierence - I brought in a watch to get a battery in it. The guy told me that the watch was broken and he knows because he works on these watches all the time and says its not the battery, the watch cant be fixed. I brought it to Lees Jewel Box in Whitestone, they put a new battery in and the watch worked fine. I think this guy was trying to finagle me into buying me a watch.
