We were visiting New Paltz for a day trip yesterday and had some difficulty with our car engine racing and overheating. An employee at the restaurant where we had a family get together recommended Main Street Auto, so we went there, were seen immediately. We did not have any work done (will do that back home) but the owner (I believe) was very generous with his time and gave us his analysis and some tips, enough to get us back on the road confidently and back home 100 miles away. We were grateful for the owners expertise. Id give 5 stars but our experience was pretty simple and brief, no work actually done.

Main Street Auto was recommended to me by two friends. I brought my 2003 Subaru to them for a full brake job. The car was ready to be picked up within 3 hours of dropping it off! I found the price to be reasonable and the technicians to be knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely bring my other vehicles here!
