I paid for overnight shipping and they didnt send my stuff. When i contacted them they told me it take 1-2 business days to ship, that was news to me. I offered to pick up my merchandise and they told me the card holder has to pick them up. The cardholder doesnt live on long island. Needless to say I purchased waders elsewhere because this place has piss poor customer service and I have no intentions of missing a fishing trip.

Firearm department is friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help. They dont try to make you feel uncomfortable or ignorant like many gun stores do (sadly). Will continue to make purchases there. Very easy to fill out forms electronically and while they may take a bit of time to get to you (as commented above), thats the trade off of them spending time WITH you when its your turn.
