This place charges significantly less than the key food three blocks up 36th. They are open late, they do have pretty average to bad customer service and most items are not priced. That I find really annoying. However, it is close by. FYI, watch before you buy anything cooked by the store, as it is never marked with the time it was cooked.

Decent supemarket in the Astoria area. Contains a large amount of variety. Also has a good selection of international foods. However, the store can be a little disorganized and messy sometimes. The prices are reasonable, but there are other cheaper supermarkets in the area. Their salespaper will tell you what specials are on that week.

This is easily my favorite store in NY -- a great resource for gluten-free/organic items. The staff there is super friendly and always willing to help or make recommendations. The selection is amazing and I always find myself walking out with a few more items than I intended to buy!!!!!

The only I go to this store is because I like the customer service I receive from the lady in the Deli section. Shes very knowledgeable. And very nice towards all of her customers. What stops me from going at times is the crackheads and bums hanging around.

Not everyone steals. Its disrepectful when a hardworking woman goes to the grocery store on the way home from work and your being followed isle to isle inconspicuously. Get professionals then I wont feel violated. Prices going up tremendously.

FANTASTIC selection of organic health food. My favorite place in NY to shop for the babies. Their selection of healthy snacks for tots is second to none in NY. Great, fresh produce as well. The staff is friendly & helpful.....

Not the worst, but sure aint the best. However, as long as the city is focused on filling up the available land with budget motels and boutique condos but not decent grocery stores it has to suffice.

The produce is bad and the cashier had an attitude, tried to get over on us on a item that was on sale, she tried to ring it up as a regular price. Would not recommend this place at all.
