This is a very high-end butcher, the sort that I suspect deals with as many personal chefs as it does with gourmets who do their own cooking. Get the price before you order from them. I ended up paying $175 for a goose that wasnt much better than the $45 goose Id bought elsewhere a year before.

Very nice shop. Good quality meat, plenty of choices. Nice selections of groceries, such as olive oil, as well. Pricy, but its worth it to spend a little extra to get better quality.
