Love Red Feet! Great tastings and helpful staff make it nice, but they go above and beyond. Twice Ive tried placing a special order at other local "wine & liquor stores", and both times, Red Feet staff have been 10 times more helpful! Last X-mas I wanted a special bottle of Whiskey and never received a call back from one of the stores who had "put me on a list". When I followed up, I was told the "full time staff" would be checking into it that day and get back to me, but still never heard back. I called Red Feet, and had a call back within hours and the bottle of Whiskey the next day! Just this week, I called around because I needed a case of Celebre sparkling wine by this Friday and once again, never received a call back from the place that took my name and "put me on a list". The other place I called said they could have it by Friday, but Red Feet said they thought they could "tag it onto their order that was already placed", so I could have it Wednesday! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Lesson learned - Im calling Red Feet first next time! : )

Lived in Ithaca for years...have traveled all over....best place to taste and buy wine...hands down. They know their wine, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Now I live out of the area and still call in to get hand picked cases from MP. She knows the wine I like better than I do! Much appreciated. Thank you MP!

This is a great wine store. After a while the staff knows you by name and knows what kinds of wine you like. Theyre all very nice and want you to have the type of wine you like - not something that theyre trying to push. They have great Thursday night wine tastings that draw good crowds and good times.
