Buyer Beware! Lousy customer service. Owner is also extremely RUDE. They sold me a defective orchid plant that died after 1 week. I brought it back and the employee claims that it was human neglect that killed this plant, that there was no way that a plant could have died on its own. The petals shriveled up and dropped and the leaves turned brown and also broke off, all within 1 week of bringing it home. I have other orchid plants that have given me years of bloom. The owner had no interest in correcting the problem. Basically, if you plunk down your hard earned money, you will have zero recourse if you purchase a defective product from this florist. What I dont understand is, as a business person wouldnt you want to try to work out a solution that wouldve satisfied my buying a defective plant from their business? Wouldnt you want a repeat customer? Would never recommend such an unprofessional business.
