I must say shame on me for not trying this chain earlier than 12/29/14 when I finally tried it.! went there with little expectations and was impressed by the whole vibe of the place..from the store to the menu, not at all disappointed in any way.. the food and prices VS the portions, well you might have a hard time finding an equal..my girlfriend and I both had the sunrise sampler plate..2 eggs, 2 biscuits and gravy, hash brown casserole , cinnamon apples, grits, a slice of ham steak a slice of bacon and a sausage patty with a cinnamon biscuit and all of this for a whopping $7.99..now thats a breakfast that Dennys will never equal nor the finest diners in New York or N.J. ..this place feeds you and the food was real good..the hash brown casserole is an Au Gratin tasting item that seems to be a favorite as folks were ordering sides of it all around us.. for those like myself who have dismissed this chain as a kitchy type place, well your right but never judge a restaurant by perception or like myself will have missed out on good meals that could have been enjoyed.. there is a Crackerbarrel by my brothers place in Cicero N.Y. and had never bothered to give it a thought...not anymore.!! give this place a whirl and i know your taste buds will be glad you did...

The best breakfast youll ever have...in your life. Cracker Barrel is a family-friendly establishment for kids of all ages (0 to 100+). Breakfast is available all day and the lunch and dinners options are NOT to be ignored. There is something on the menu for everyone. Every meal tastes homemade, not to mention they are always, always consistent. Before you leave, be sure to stop by the gift shop and market to pick up a box of their signature pancake mix, syrup and sweet tea. You can satisfy your cravings in the comfort of your own home!

Went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Ordered the eggs and grits. The entire meal was so salty seemed like they dropped a salt shaker in the grits especially. I complained to the manager and after he came out from the kitchen he told me he would be happy to give me a new order of grits but unfortunately they were not ready. Never offered a substitute. Maybe that was a good thing. Reminds me of the time, when at the same Cracker Barrel, I ordered the beef stew and there was no beef in the stew. Lol, shame on me for going back.

The food here is always so delicious. The service is always quick and the waiters and waitresses are so friendly here. The food comes out so fast after ordering, its always hot, and the orders are always correct. They really do a great job here. The manager always comes around asking how everything is. They really care about their customers here and understand the concept of doing business (make the customer happy and theyll return). Ive been to a few different Cracker Barrels and this is one of the best ones Ive been to.

Usual cracker barrel food, which is good. Had to wait a really long time (longer than we were told), and then they stalled and took us to stand by the fireplace, while they still looked for a table for us and prepared it. This was incredibly inconvenient, add we had to then wrangle three small children in a very small space, for foot traffic of customers and waitresses. Walking by with plates of hot food, and meeting curious kids away from the giant fireplace, for ten minutes was unpleasant, to say the least.

If youve been to a Cracker Barrel before, you know what to expect. Even though its in NY, it looks just like the other ones in the southern states. It has an awesome store with lots of old style toys and candy with old school labels. The dining area is decorated with a lot of vintage tools, pictures, food labels and containers. Its really unique. The food is great and affordable. I almost always get breakfast since its served all day, FYI. The whole family loves the food and we always leave with a full belly.

I went here because i am visiting my family for thanksgiving and heard so much about cracker barrel but when i got there what a disappointment, the server was horrible in every way possible. He tried sucking up to get a better tip, but like i said his service was horrible our food took so long to come out and when we got our food was ice cold, and when we told the manager (his name was frank) he gave us new food as he walked away rolling his eyes. Worse place i ever experience on a trip. Never again!

Initial wait was 45 minutes. Once seated, another 15 minutes passed before anyone bothered to see if my table wanted anything to drink. (and that happened to be the manager) A server appeared took the drink order and what we received was 3 wrong out of 4. Eventually we did receive our lunch, 30 minutes later. Not sure if it was just being hungry, but the food was good. Over 2 hours ...way too long!

The food here is wholesome and filling. You definitely get your moneys worth and will leave with a full tummy. While you wait for a table in the charming and rustic dinning area, you can meander around their novelty store. Theres tons of decorative items, candles, retro candy/soda, and a toy section. Seems like an odd pairing, but the store/restaurant combo actually works nicely.

We got there after travelong for 2 hours... Very hungry. Our server didnt come around.. after 30 minutes or so finally this very nice lady / server came over asked if our server had been. NO. So she took our order amd then we had our food within 10 minutes. It was delicious. However the first server... From hearing the buzz in the restuarant... I think he will be fired!

Oh hell yeah! Gotta get me some mo cracker barrel! Great food, cheap. Wait for a table is friggin unbelievable.. like church let out and all the congregation showed up wearing flannel shirts and sun dresses. Sitting around on lawn chairs in the parking lot waiting to get in..playing gosple music on the pa last time I was there. Just left and went to mmmmacdonalds..

Great tasty home style food, unbeatable prices, breakfast all day long, friendly and prompt service. If theres a wait, no problem. You can either relax on their huge porch in a lovely rocker or browse through their gift shop full of unique items and womens/childrens clothes. I cant get enough of this place! Located right off the highway with plenty of parking.

Every time I go here, the service amazes me. This is quicker than some fast food places. The food is hot and fresh when it comes out. The restaurant is typically packed to capacity on Friday and Saturday nights, yet the waiters/waitresses always keep up with the tables and orders. The service here is phenomenal and they have great food for cheap.

This is the 4th time i have been here complained the last time n received a free meal for 2 n Its the same shity service over crowed with people but server thinks its a joke from her boss so too say a free meal with THE WORST SERVICE EVER THE MANAGER NEEDS TO STEP IN N LEND A HAND TO HELP HIS SLOW STAFF I HOPE THE FOOD IS GOOD
