Ive been to a lot of opticians in my life. I had vision problems since i was 8 and these guys are by far most the friendliest. They have a newly renovated office with state of the art equipment, its also very CLEAN!!. The doctor who checked my vision was very informative and made the whole process as quick and easy as possible. The owner said that the lenses of the glasses that i paid almost 300 dollars for at my old optician ( vogue optical on nostrand) were made badly which explained the irritation i got when i first started wearing them. Anyway so i go a really nice pair of Versace glasses for a little more then what i paid for the brand-less Chinese made glasses i got at vogue. Great place !!!

The doctor was very patient, careful, detail oriented and pleasant. I have complicated eyes, I know many say that,but Ive worn glasses since I was about 10 and have had all sorts of doctors( both bad and good) and rxs, and this doctor was perfect. The staff at the store was perfectly cordial and helpful, and I ended up paying much less than I expected. I came in with my own pair for new rx lenses but they seemed to have a decent selection of trendy and classic eye wear. All in all I am VERY pleased by the service and patient relations.

Stay away!!! They insist on getting paid in cash!!!!! Overall bad experience, they have no idea what customer service means! They didnt want to hear it when we called to inquire about the return policy and let them know that my wifes new glasses were uncomfortable. They hung up on me 3x and 3x on my wife as well. I will contact consumer affairs and the BBB. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Go buy online and have a local place install lenses. We learnt the hard way with our hard earned money.

Horrible horrible service!!! willl NEVER walk into that store again. They treat their customers like dirt. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. HORRIBLE!!!
