THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD OUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND INFORMATION! My girlfriend had mistakenly sold my work laptop to this place instead of my personal laptop. The same day I had called and spoken to the manager whose name is Adam. He told me that he would hold the laptop until I got my paycheck. When I called them to make sure they still had it, the woman told me that they never hold anything without a deposit put down on it and that it was sold. They simply lied to me. I made it very clear to Adam that this laptop had my customers social security numbers, names, and addresses along with other personal and confidential information, and he gave me his word that it would not be sold. They KNOWINGLY sold OVER A HUNDRED peoples social security numbers and personal information after they told me they would not sell the laptop. I cannot believe the lies and most disrespectful customer service from these greedy animals. All they care about is money.

The people are honestly really great! But the thing is they know no more than you or I they arent well trained. They know as much as the first google page will tell them..Literally. So you mind as well throw your crap up on Craigslist and I gaurentee you will get twice as much as they will offer on the spot. Only go there if you need to make some really fast low% cash on well known electronics like game systems or power tools. If its anything they actually can sell online, if its over 3lbs they are NOT interested because they use the expensive eBay shipping labels and end up losing money. Just go to Craigslist or another pawnshop, they are nice though!

Just like the Forked River location, this store has such a wide variety of guitars, jewelry, televisions, video games, coins, silver and even tools! Old war and sports memorabilia is cool too! The staff are very nice and helpful and works well with you, whether it be on prices of items youre selling or buying or helping you pick out the perfect item! They are very understanding and well-knowledged on their business and the items! I ALWAYS recommend this store to those looking to buy and sell and I ALWAYS sell my stuff to them because they give high prices for gold and other items! 5 out of 5! :)

Fantastic store, have been shopping with them since they opened about 8 years ago. Always very respectful. They work with me with prices when Im purchasing things, and see if they can do better for me, which I very much appreciate. Very friendly staff, always greeting me when I walk in the door and saying goodbye when I am leaving. I remember one time actually selling instead of buying, I brought my gold to them and several other places, and Fast Cash by far gave me the best price. Highly recommend this store for purchases and for selling items.

I would never sell anything to these money grubbers. they will buy your ipod or whatever (if they would even take it) for a fraction of what they would sell it for. i sold them an ipod nano for 10$ and then the next time i go to the place to sell something i see the same ipod up for 100$ wtf. This place is a disgrace to thrift stores everywhere. Im not even going to get into the employees. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I have been dealing with Fast Cash at both Toms River and Forked River for years now. I have sold many items there at a fair price. I have also bought many items there, mostly tools, but also jewelry and electronics. . I havent had a problem with anything I have purchased there. Always a great experience, and the staffs great too!

I have never had a problem here. I used to go to Cash converters all the time but I found them rude and nasty there. This place always have good stock and can find some rare things that are hard to find like the original Nintendo and such.
