Last at 10:15 my friends and I were relaxing in my friends basement when we suddenly all agreed that we shared the same craving: Yogo. I checked the hours of the facility and it said open until 12:00 am. Excited, we all hopped in the car and legitimately raced to fill the frozen yogurt void in our bellies. When we turned into the parking lot of the location, we were all shocked, disappointed, and heart broken to see that at 10:30, Yogo had already turned off its lights, and locked its doors. Was this a sadistic prank? A simple employee mistake? Whatever the case, we want an explanation. Now when the thought of delicious frozen yogurt pops into our heads, I will remember the night of December 29th and remember the trust issues that the Yogo Factory has given us. Also, the money we spent at FRIENDLYS after we sadly had to remove ourself from the Yogo premises, could have easily been in Yogos cash register instead. Im not quite sure how this establishment passes as a business. It was a disgusting building. Went there a few hours after they opened today. Floor was sticky and dirty. All toppings were intermixed and slightly mashed together, that is the toppings that were actually filled. The worst part was a major food prep concern. The container clearly labeled as caramel coated chocolate, was in fact peanut butter filled chocolate. Would not recommend nor revisit.

Went here in June an used my debit card,since then my debit card has been used twice there from someone other then myself!! Used yesterday for $13.31 an Im in Alaska....Bank is investigating!!!
