The staff here is so great, they know their regulars by name and start your drink as soon as you walk through the door, if your like me and usually do 1 of 2 drinks the first question after they greet me is "hot or cold?" Theyre also super fast considering that up til about 11 am everyday theres a line stretching to the door, no exaggeration. They have a huge patio section which is probably one of the reasons its so popular. All in all a really great place

I went in wanting to try a new drink. I usually get a Caramel Marcatto or a Vanilla Iced Coffee. The barista asked me my favorite flavors and gave me a detailed list of drinks. I now have a new favorite Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte ive even had it hot. Great service..

Staff needs some traning in how to tell people to leave the place when closing. A person came to my party of 3 and yelled "we are closed". We went to the bathroom and we could not use it becouse they turned the lights off from the main switch behind the counter.

The staff here is always extremely friendly and welcoming. They remember your order after only a few visits. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy and I love coming here to meet up with friends and future potential clients.

Nice place. Terrace is pleasant for lunch. But plan to spend 15 minutes getting anything to drink. They are very pleasant but seem disorganized and lacking the disiplined process that I have seen in other Starbucks.
