I hope corporate Rite Aid actually reads these reviews because I will never use this Rite Aid ever in my lifetime nor will I recommend to others. I am new to the area and looking to establish a pharmacy in South Jersey. Have been trying to fill my prescription for two weeks and everytime I go I am told the pharmacy is out and to try back tomorrow. Today I called in to save time waiting in line and got pharmacist Bobby who may be the most arrogant person I have ever spoken to. He was extremely sarcastic when all I asked was for a recommendation on other local pharmacys I could turn to. Not sure how this guy ever got a job working with the public but certainly he is not representing your company well. I will although give credit to manager Craig who I called back and spoke with and he was very delightful and helpful. This review in no way is a reflection of him and it is ashame I did not get him on the phone first.

I havw been using this pharmacy for about a year. They are not my main pharmacy as my insurance demands I go to one specific locaation, however, they are very close to where i live and since the medication i need is not covered by my insurance there is no reason to go to my officially qualified pharmacy as demanded. The staff there, especially Bobby and christine are calm, helpful, knowledgeable. They allow me to purchase my script piecemeal as paying for the entire script at once would be very expensive. They always remember to ask about my family, whom they only know about conversations and if they come scross a way to save me money they do.these are the best people I have had the pleasure to work with.

The Raid Aid Pharmacy in Northfield is just awful. The Pharmacist did not have my medicine for my surgery next day and did not call me or anything to let me know. When I came there the Pahrmacist (Bobby) threatened me. It was just awful. He was the most disrespectful and sarcastic person to me. Besides the point there is never anyone there and if there is its always one person behind the counter doing the drop off and pick up customer serv. Awful Customer Service. I called his boss and left a message and never got a call back. They just dont care. Please stay away from this pharmacy...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pharmacy and pharmacy staff is very efficient and helpful. Bobby the pharmacist is the best. Friendly, always a smile and a good word and he takes care of all our pharmaceutical needs. We switched from another local pharmacy a few years ago because Bobby is the best !!! The entire staff are all the best !!!!!

My husband uses this pharmacy and the pharmacist at the northfield rite aid Bobby is the Best! Always a smile ansd fast service and if for some reason they are out of what we need he will go the extra mile call a few stores and set it up for us to go there.

Bobby is great and super friendly. Don t know why he two bad reviews. I would blame corporate Rite Aid or CVS they all understaff and work employees to the bone! Only thing I agree with is sometimes things are out of stock
