Im giving 5 stars in anticipation of the new anchor store under construction: Trader Joes! Already there: Panera, Michaels, and the typical mix of a strip mall. Also connects to the next strip mall south on Route 1, includes Walmart, Fridays, and lots more. Much better than the typical strip mall. Has more than enough parking. Also has a back entrance from neighborhood streets, unusual and sometimes handy.

Lots of great stores and B & N is quiet compared to Mall. A & G has incredible Italian food and most dont even know its there. Closest youll get to little Italy without going to Manhattan!

How exciting! A mall! The best part about this mall? You can cut through (or, "rat run" in Jersey-Speak) to the Modells / Wal-Mart from the back!

Its a place when your driving to go and get your snacks if needed and fuel up. The prices are similar to nyc so dont expect any discounts.

The walmart and Burlington coat factory are great. So is the petsmart and the tgifridays. Never been to the staples though.

The location is fine, there is enough parking. It is easy to get back out onto Rt 1 North or South.
