Lovely store, great prices, and very kind and helpful staff. I went in looking for three items, having never been to the store (but hearing a lot about if from family members) and having checked the monthly specials on the website prior. I had a nice discussion with the young man at the front specialty counter about the Raos sauce I was buying by the caseful (for family and several friends back home, given the fabulous price), and he helped me package everything up. Then he handed me off to another young gentleman who got me exactly the wine i needed. Finally, my husband was looking for a 12-pack of a certain IPA. The wine gentleman handed me off to another helpful person in the beer area, who looked hard for an un-refrigerated pack, but couldnt find it. I headed to check-out, and then he came running after me, having looked in one last place successfully. Everyone in the store was kind and most willing to help me on a snowy evening shortly after Christmas, and I appreciated the good attitudes all around. And the prices were excellent.

Worst customer service, they may have lots of unique and large selection on items, but they need to train there employees better most have no idea what they doing and when you ask for help all they say is I do not do this department and have to find another who does.. just recently on Sunday went to get some cases of corona, wanted help ask the guy, turns around and tells me He does not do beer and has no idea what a Corona is, if that is the type of staff they hire I definitely will be going else where to shop. just lost my business.. They may be big but they lack customer service.

This place is pretty big. They have a good selection for wine, spirits and beer. Check your bill before you pay. I had them have a mistake once and they told me there was nothing they could do. I literally just paid and told theguy before hand the price was incorrect. He said he corrected and didnt aft er an argument with the manager they corrected the price.

Decent selection, deceptive pricing. The "original" prices shown on the displays are typically several dollars or more above comparable store pricing, based on a scan of wine databases for numerous products over a couple of years. The "club savings", etc. are usually prices around typical market levels.

Great craft beer selection and they offer free delivery too. They have weekly keg specials and have a gourmet meet and cheese section (pricier than your regular supermarket but better quality items). If you like craft beer, they wont disappoint.

Its got a great selection and has some obscure brands that I dont expect. Great wine selection and great imported beer selection. Would have given 5 stars if they carried Enis and Gunn.

The staff is very friendly and they know whats in the store. The offered to order a beer that they did not hold to make it easier to get. You cant beat the prices either.
