I had a great experience today. The staff took a great deal of time to deal with the insurance and copay cards as well as offering options available for my prescription. They did this while answering phones, helping other customers, and filling scripts without making me feel as if I was adding extra stress. Great service, better than any pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with.

I believe this is the worst CVS Ive ever encountered. The pharmacy individuals are rude and they make you wait when you call and dont ask if its ok to put you on hold. I am guessing the manager has very poor customer service skills because so many other CVS locations are professional and friendly. I do NOT recommend this one and will be contacting the corporate office.

Worst customer service is right! My prescription was supposed to be ready on the day I went in to order it. I could not make it in for 2 days and it still wasnt ready when I went in. CVS has gone downhill and has lost my business forever! Its 2016 and they have the worst hours that are not convenient at all!

pharmacy staff is probably the best ive experienced in all my years of going to different CVS locations or pharmacies throughout NJ, FL, OH. They catch doctors office and clinical errors often ahead of time so you dont have to play middle-man. Better than Marlton and I lived there for 10 years.

If youre picking up a script better do it after 9pm...otherwise be prepared to wait forever...as the half dozen people behind the counter dont even acknowledge the fact that the line is 7 or 7 deep....and just ignore you

Pharmacy staff recently changed,which is Very Good! Front of store,nice staff. But hands down this is the dirtiest CVS Ive ever been in. Its sad. Staff are trying otherwise. Hard to notice drive thru.

Worst customer service! One girl(not sure of her name) was so ignorant and had a huge attitude. I assume it was an intern because her picture was not hung on the wall along with the other pharmacists.
